Have used this app for a few years now. I came here to praise Jeff for his customer service on the app. The product options weren't always syncing or if they did , it would be not immediate. I give 5 star for Jeff and 3 star for the app. I am on the basic plan. I also run a woocommerce site and adding the product options directly under the product description is so much quicker and easier. Anyway... Thank you again Jeff for your help.

We've used Bold Product Options for years to help add several important customizations to our shop's product pages. We've always appreciated the ease of use of the app, but even more so, the immediate help we get from the support team when needed. In particular, Jeff helped us out of a bind this morning! He was friendly, responsive and helped educate me on the changes he was implementing so I don't make the same mistake again. Thanks Jeff! :-)

We made LOTS and LOTS of money from this tool! Before this we have to use Shopify Varients. Now we use individual products to build bundles and INCREASE SALES to the moon!! Oh .... and the support team... they are top notch. Deelen from Bold Options is kind, helpful and they really care to help. Lucky to have a dedicated Shopify group like them. They are truly delivering a solid product.

Ive used bold throughout the years on different shopify stores. Definitely a go-to for more options and image uploads. Customer service is fast to help when you can't figure something out.

I have been using this plugin for several months. Since January, my plugin has started to have problems. The customization options of many of my orders have not been counted. Some of the options that should have been charged were not charged in the end. caused me some loss

I have been using Bold Product Options for a couple years now and have been very pleased, especially with their customer support. Jeff was able to spend time with me today via chat and answer all of the issues I had with a recent site conversation. Having solid customer service is so important.

There was an issue with “add to cart” and this was very critical to get fixed asap. Mrunal & Nitesh, help em to resolve this issues right away so my website could be fully functioning.

Though I was able to use the app and set everything up it wasn't showing up in my online store. Jeff was great. He resolved my issue really quickly. Less than 20 minutes. Now everything is up and ready to go!

Good option app and easy to use. Good fit for a light user. The only concern for us is it's kind of hard to manage the options if you have a highly complex option structure.

We get calls and chats weekly about the product options not showing up for our customers. Contacted them with screenshot (specific browsers), but they said that their team didn't see it, so couldn't help. I find it hard to believe we are the only company seeing this issue. And I wonder how many customers actually don't contact us about the issue and just give up. I will have to look for another provide such as Hulk Product Options.
