SC Product Options

I had initial issues with downloading the theme. I submitted a ticket and Ahmed helped right away. Quick help and great service providing extra assistance and information.

This is the great app for the options on product page, simple and easy setup, Great support! Resolved all our issues...!

The app is sometimes not the most intuitive to use but the customer service chat is quick, helpful, and friendly. They take their time to make sure the find the solution to every issue.

I have been using the app for several years, never had a problem. Recently I have been working on a new theme, the app developers have been very helpful and very quick to reply. Awesome work guys! Highly recommend.

Had a rocky start initially but they did buck up later on and am receiving very efficient support now. They made all the code changes as requested and it's working as expected now.

Great app. Easy to use and add colour swatches to different products. Customer service also great. I asked for help on adding some code to change the size of the swatch and the response was quick and helpful!

We've been using Product Options for several years. Had a problem today and worked with Deelen through their handy chat option. Deelen helped me to quickly troubleshoot the issue and got my store back up and running. The customizations offered through the options app are just what we needed to get our orders submitted with the right personalizations for our clients.

Works great for customizing options! We use this as a jewelry brand for our customized pieces. We really love the many styles to create option sets and love that we can have some hidden when needed. It really helps create a better user experience for our customers. And, they have great customer service for our specific questions about configuring options. Jeff was a huge help with getting our questions answered, and fast!

Have used this app for a few years now. I came here to praise Jeff for his customer service on the app. The product options weren't always syncing or if they did , it would be not immediate. I give 5 star for Jeff and 3 star for the app. I am on the basic plan. I also run a woocommerce site and adding the product options directly under the product description is so much quicker and easier. Anyway... Thank you again Jeff for your help.

We've used Bold Product Options for years to help add several important customizations to our shop's product pages. We've always appreciated the ease of use of the app, but even more so, the immediate help we get from the support team when needed. In particular, Jeff helped us out of a bind this morning! We made LOTS and LOTS of money from this tool! Before this we have to use Shopify Varients. Now we use individual products to build bundles and INCREASE SALES to the moon!! Oh .... and the support team... they are top notch. Deelen from Bold Options is kind, helpful and they really care to help. Lucky to have a dedicated Shopify group like them. They are truly delivering a solid product.

Ive used bold throughout the years on different shopify stores. Definitely a go-to for more options and image uploads. Customer service is fast to help when you can't figure something out.
