SC Product Options

We use this app to offer our specific hemming options, but were having some issues in getting our options to perform the way that we were hoping. I spoke with Daniel Peter-Salawu in the help chat and he was able to go into our shopify/bold account and help us to get everything straightened out in no time! He was extremely helpful and worked very fast to provide us with solutions. Very happy with the app and the customer support we received!

Would have been a good product, but be warned that it is NOT compatible with shipstation. If you are using a third party shipping software, this app will not work for you. We learned that the hard way and they do not mention it anywhere in the software.

Works really well and does exactly what I need it to. Support are super helpful - asked about one issue and that was fixed within an hour or so and they also spotted another issue on the site while doing that which they advised me about (thanks Alina!) UPDATE - needed futher support after changing my theme and Alina was again super quick and helpful. Thanks so much Alina for your assistance.

I have been using this app for a few years now and it has always been a great way for me to add the many options we offer to our products. The app allows me to add items at no extra cost for choice of application or to add items with extra costs. Some of my products have 10+ options added in. The app is Great! A few months ago we made some upgrades to our theme and had some SEO work done and I noticed that my site began showing the hidden options for our Bold app in our search bar. I reached out to Bold and Dylan immediately responded and took care of the issue and when he wasn't sure on the final fix he escalated the issue to the next level and they promptly fixed the issue. The site is working and the app is working and all is good. Thank you Dylan and Bold for a great team and a great app!

We've been using Product Options for several years and it has been consistently fantastic! We've been able to build complex entry forms with 80+ fields and conditional logic. It all works perfectly with some nice customization features. Bold support is always great as well. I recently reached out for a support issue and Alina got back to me within a couple of hours with a follow up and mock up of what would be done to resolve my issue. Once I approved the mock up and granted extended permissions to Bold, Alina implemented the change almost immediately. Another FANTASTIC experience with Bold!

Horrible! Bold have deteriorated beyond all recognition over the past 5 years or so. Their apps are old, incompatible with each other as well as many features of Shopify. Support is hopeless and the apps are expensive too. Have gone from using 5 of their apps to none now and it will stay that way.

I use this app to options for my customers to input their dog's measurements when they want us to make a harness by Custom Sizing. Since I'm not a techy I needed hand holding to make the app work with my new theme. Alina was wonderful and patient. With her skill it's working great!

I had great support from Kenan helping me deal with an important issue of customers not getting charged for add-ons. He went through and figured out where the issue was and fixed it and said we won't have that problem anymore.
