We have been using this app to fix the xxx variant limit and help with our customized Jacket business. It has since become an essential part of our store. www.mckeveytees.com ... We now use all the premium features... Especially the append to price, conditional logic, and adjustable prices. Whenever we have an issue the tech team solves the issue in a very timely manner. They are very helpful and help you to understand their app. Being a programmer, it is awesome to have such well documented code and support. We would give it more stars if possible. Great Job BOLD!!!

I create personalized artwork and require a lot of information from buyers before I can begin a project. I am so relieved to have an app like Bold to help me gather it in my Shopify site - saves me SO much extra legwork. I haven't had any issues using the app, but there was a situation where I couldn't get the desired boxes to align properly with my theme. Their customer service team was very hands-on and quick to respond, even on a holiday! I would highly recommend!

I am using the app for quite some time and I am more than happy. Not only are the options great and the setup is quite easy, whats more impressive is the support I received everytime I wanted to change something. Nir and Grant especially did an awesome job, but I am sure that the entire team will be a great help to you. So I would definitly recommend it!

Essential for allowing us to offer badminton racket customisation. Best app for this on the app store. Support is top tear too. Camila was very helpful getting my setup up and running.

We use this app for years now. It's EVERYTHING that you will ever need in terms of product options. The customization options are endless, you just need a bit of web developer mindset to use it's full potential. If you don't have the skills - their customer service team is there for you. Very responsive and professional! Highly recommend!

This app is very useful and solved our problem. We changed the theme and asked them to help reinstall the plug-in. It quickly ran into it for us, and it worked perfectly on the new theme.

The support from this app is extremely poor. We have been facing issues with the app and have raised the issue multiple times but did not receive any response from them. Meanwhile the app doesnt work the way it should and causing a loss on every order as the customisation charge is not getting added to the orders.

Really terrible support. You constantly have to be proactive in pushing for a response from Bold. We had Bold integrate its service with our store and once complete, around a week later, the Bold Options looked unprofessional (did not map with the Shopify options) and no Support from Bold. The Bold options would add duplicates of the option to the cart and then when the customer tried to edit the quantity, the whole item would delete. We had to refund customer's orders due to the faulty Bold options. I would recommend another service to get around the Shopify 100 variant limit.

The app is great for allowing customization. There are some front-end learning curves, but the chat support feature has been a great tool for any questions I have. I would rate the app 4 stars, but when I've needed help and gone through chat, a rep named Lina has been so great that the overall experience is boosted to 5 stars! I've had Lina (chat/tech rep) help me multiple times, and she is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to knock out any issues I'm having FAST! As a customer, with limited html/website building knowledge, I can't ask for much more.

Room Tonic uses BOLD Product Options for product variants on custom furniture pieces that we sell online. It is a very powerful app. As such, it is not a wizard-like app that will walk you through all of its capabilities. Apps like this require technical and customer service support teams as part of the subscription. Their support is absolutely top notch. We worked with one support engineer, Nirav C. who was absolutely spectacular. He was quick to respond. When we were anxious about setbacks and delivery timelines, Nirav got his team to work over the weekend to help us through a tight deliverable. The fixes and work done was clean and high quality. Nirav went above and beyond for us. Thank you, Nirav! You helped us out of a sticky situation that surfaced as a result of our own mistakes and poor planning. We very much appreciate your patience and understanding with us; and moreover, your willingness to help us out of a bad situation that we created for ourselves. Thank you again, Nirav and we thank BOLD Support Team also.

This application changed everything for our business. Coupled with Bold Upsell, our average order value increased by 30% and took us into much greater profitability than without. The team is easy to work with, responsive, and knowledgable. (Thank you, Nir!) And the product is excellent.

We have been using Bold Product Option App for several years now. Started with Version 1 and have progressed to Version 2. The user interface with version 2 was slightly different but did not take long to get used to it. This version 2 gives us the ability to use swatches and pricing with our Lens Products and the conditional logic is essential. The only draw back has been the cross over with Time Zones causing some support reply delays. We recently had some access issues (Dec 2022), but with the support of Alina from Shopcircle.co this has been rectified. Great App, Great Support. Regards Peter from Goggleman.com

Testing out this app - can't fully vouch for the app itself as I am testing it, but Nir's customer service was stupendous! He was able to help me from installing it to setting up my first conditional logic and ensuring it worked how I wanted. Thank you! I really like this app. It is an elegant solution to options using conditional logic. I did have a hard time finding part of the code - due to my template, so I contacted support. I was helped by Nir, who was friendly and proficient. He helped me solve a problem I struggled with for hours - in minutes. I would highly recommend Bold Product Options to handle your option needs.
