So far so good! I've been chatting with Naman using their live chat feature during my setup process and the support has been awesome compared to some other similar apps I've been using. I'm still playing around with the app to see how it works, but it seems simple enough once you get past the installation!

I've been using Product Options since 2014. Today I had to reach out to Carter at support and they were super helpful! Excellent app, excellent support.

I started using this app a few years ago and had absolutely no problems. I then switched themes and ran into every problem under the sun. After going through several different people, Rony, Laurel, and Carter were finally able to provide me the assistance I needed. The app is now running smoother than ever and looks beautiful. Thank you so so so much for providing the help I needed to make this app work for my needs!

I just started using this app and although a bit confusing at first, it is very easy to use and get set up once you dig in a bit! I've also never had any personal problems with Bold's customer service if you get ahold of them during their actual hours. I think that they might be working remotely, due to COVID, so there is that. I've just recently had Rony help me out and he was about as helpful as one can be!!

they have been good in the beginning and now that they became big they do not care about you NOR HELP YOU, we updated our theme and we needed them add there code to the theme, i emailed them 10 times called 4 times, and they are acting like a pig NO JOKE, i rarely write bad reviews but its extremely frustrating to go thorough what i am doing and i wouldn't want this for anyone

*The BEST product customization app* I thought I reviewed this app already but I guess I haven't! Was on support with Carter and he prompted me to write one so here I am. I've been using this app for a few years and ran in to several issues throughout and the team at Bold are always there to help. I have a ton of complicated options on my shop and they've always been quick to help me fix, troubleshoot, and even customize some of my options for me.

We are using this up to show extra options on product page but I am very disappointed because app does not sync well and I have to do that all the time manually. Also can not sync all collections I have so I can not put 2000 product in collection, I have to add product manually each time I need options which takes forever.

Great support. I am not very good with technical stuff and Naman on the online chat was very helpful and patient with my questions.

We use this app to add a custom monogram on some select products in our collection. Works like a charm and customers love to have their products personalized! Bold Commerce also provides a complimentary install service if you should need. In our case, Michael was very helpful in getting this setup properly because of our custom theme. The idea of this app is great however it causes major issues at random times. The app support simply don't respond when it gets too hard. Save your money

Within minutes Daniel had determined exactly what I needed, made the change for me, confirmed it was what I wanted and then showed me where and how it was accomplished.
