We've tried several product option apps over the past 2 years but none of them come close to Bold Options. You can do pretty much anything imaginable with this app. On top of the great app, Bold provides better support than any other app company I've ever worked with. I can't recommend Bold Product Options enough.

I installed the Bold Product Options for my website but I had some problems setting it up. Chatted with Paul from the support team online and he gave me a call and walked me through the process of getting everything up and running in no time. Great product but also great support team. Will be installing this app on my other webstore as well.

The application is invaluable. It makes doing business for us so much easier. Then I had a technical issue and that is where things got BETTER. The tech support was great the whole way through the process. I was getting emails throughout the day with updates. Great Team Effort. Thanks BOLD.

Bold is the best app for offering custom options to your customers. It can be so overwhelming and confusion for you and your customers. they helped with so many custom request moving the app from an old theme to a new one. they kept going till the problem was fixed. The different options and conditional logic feature make building customer options easier for your customers - and that's what we all want! What makes Bold even better is the customer service, Samantha and Rony were so quick and efficient to help me with my request. Highly recommend this app!

I'm not sure why I wasted so much time searching the App Store for a better App than one made by BOLD? I've used them before and I should have stopped trying to be cheap and just went with what I knew worked - not to mention reliable customer service. Thanks for your help Carter - appreciate you going the extra mile and triple checking that your App would fit all my needs. Do yourself a favor and go with Bold. They've been around a long time and know what they're doing. A+

Bold Product Options is an incredible app. What I appreciated the most is the customer service and how they went the extra mile to fix everything for my theme. Rick made sure that my shop would run smoothly and fixed all the errors in my original coding.

Great app which works far better then all the other product option apps we've tried. We had a few small problems with integrating into our theme but Paul & Jericho from bold support have sorted them out quickly without any issues.

WORDS OF ADVICE IF YOU DOWNLOAD THIS: save your self lots of time and frustration by reading and studying all the help article FIRST! There is some glitchiness that happens here and there where the product options won't show up or the conditional logic won't work properly. The app does work but for me, it took a while to get it working properly...... I use this app for the bakery - we literally have unlimited options and combinations that affect the pricing. The app is really great.

This app was super confusing at first, so I hopped onto the support chat and Samantha was the biggest help in the world! After a few questions it was amazing how much simpler the app became and now I can offer variations in my products that I had only dreamed about! Thank you for making it super easy.
