Customer Service response time is best among apps used so far in the upcoming launch of our site. Nir and Subneet have been there to help me with any questions I have. Any strange occurrences, I open up chat and get response immediately. They don't only help fix the problem but they also explain it in a way for me to understand the process and fix the solution on my own. Friendly staff with extensive knowledge. Very helpful so far. :) We will update along the way to our launch date. *Jericho along with Nick Y., Nick F. and Jordan helped fix an issue by next business day. Mona at Bold helped us quickly format where our options showed on the product page so that our online customers have a more user friendly ordering process.

Omg, I just had the best customer support experience ever. Nir was a phenomenal support and helped me so much with organising how my products looked like. I heavily recommend! I also have had help from Sukh, they were very helpful and I can't say a bad word. Thanks to them my webshop will work just fine!

We've had BOLD for a few years now and love it! Customer service is always great and they are quick to respond with a fix ASAP. If it cannot be resolved right away they put me in contact with someone who can get it done within a few days and keep me in the loop the entire time. Nir was awesome at fixing my issue right away and even walked me through how to avoid and resolve the issue if it occurred again.

We have been using the Product Option by Bold app for nearly a year. We are a large eComm site (for women’s fashion) with over 10,000 active product SKUs. Most of these products have very complicated option requirement as we heavily customize these products as per customer’s needs. The options a customer selects triggers a cascade of additional option because of the type of customizations we allow. We looked at and evaluated a number of apps and came to a conclusion that no other app can really support the types of customization needs we have. What was specially important for us is their customer service. The went over and above in solving a obscure need we had. The team seemed to be working round the clock on our ticket and handled each communication very very professionally. I would HIGHLY recommend this team not just for their product but for awesome customer support

We are so grateful for the Bold Product Options app & team. They went above and beyond helping us set up our products and variants. Any request we put in, they made sure it was taken care of within a matter of a day or two. Bold customized our options to our liking and made it all seamless. Wouldnt have a business without this app! Really hoping that they catch up and over take the competitors with a live preivew and live image preview app.. Don't really want to pay for it privately for them to just realease it to everyone for $30 a month.. see it in action live on our personalised jewellery store www.annalise.co.uk

Just submitted a support request. Please deal with it immediately as I cannot spend any more time dealing with the problems. Sometimes the options show, sometimes they don't. I've done everything correctly.

I have to give the customer service support team some recognition here because they were extremely helpful in helping me get set up with using this App. I had some complicated logic and they really worked with me to get it to work. Have to give Rick a special thanks here. We are still deciding if this app will work for what we are wanting to do. But I would recommend anyone that is on the fence to certainly give them a try, because the app does offer some cool features and the support is there to help you through. Especially if your logic and needs are not overly complicated, the app will work great. I would certainly recommend.

It's in Staging mode for now as we're testing it out still but so far so good. Really helpful support and Developers are quick to optimize the app to our needs. Feel free to outreach them if you need some specific customization. We're missing some functionality like picking add-on item from Shopify catalog instead of upload images from the zero but Developers mentioned they're working on increasing features in a future and collect all feature requests from their customers, so hopefully our request will be heard. Thank you!

I took a look into your requests and I just wanted to sincerely apologize for the lack of communication that has come from our end regarding your escalated installation. It normally takes a few business days for our Tier 2 team to test and work on more complex issues, however you absolutely should have received better communication than what was given (which was none, from what I can see). On behalf of our customer service team, I just wanted to once again say how sorry I am for the lack of communication. It's certainly not how we aim to conduct ourselves, and this certainly should have been handled a lot differently. One of our specialists has reached out to you in order to discuss the entirety of this issue (and your original request) further, and we hope to be able to rectify things with you. However, we also understand you need to do what's best for your business, even if that means using a different app.

The app does a great job and has added quite a bit of revenue to our site by allowing an easy way for customers to add small upgrades to their order. I had some issues when installing a new theme, and they were extremely responsive. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the app to any other business owner who wants to add paid product upgrades or a simple way for customers to add personalization or notes to their orders.

This app allows me to offer complex product options without slowing the site down. I previously tried used Shopify's variants, but with the color choices I offer they were unable to process the options. Bold Product Options is a perfect solution. The customer service I've been receiving is amazing. Honestly, its the best I've ever received. There was no problem they could not solve and were so generous with their time. I have to thank Val in particular for her help. Come for the app - stay for the service!!
