I like the app but I have 3 days left in my trial period and now I can't access any of the services in this app or make changes to my Shopify products anymore .

I've been using this app for a while and I recently upgraded to the premium version and ran into some trouble getting the options to show up on my website. I did a chat support session with Harpreet and Rony and my problem was solved on the first try. Thanks for the help!

We have been using the app for many, many years now. It works great and they have THE BEST customer support. We highly recommend it! 5 stars all the way! I am hoping they release a ton of other apps, too! Everything is so intuitive and easy to work with.

I've paid and upgraded to premium, however, my options remain at the basic level and I cannot set up swatches. Very frustrating...

I am very glad that I'd given this app a second chance after I'd uninstalled for the first time, when I couldn't find any other better options app than Bold's! I am also extremely grateful to the wonderful team on helping me solve every single, big and small issue I had faced with Bold Product Options on my Clean theme. No way I can run my store without using this app! It provides the customisation I needed for my customers and I love how easy it is to apply the options. The app is not so compatible with the theme I'm using and initially that causes quite a lot of big and small problems, one leading to another. But the team didn't give up instead they looked deeper into every issue and solve it for me with such wonderful attitude and effort! A big thumbs up for MC and Samuel for helping with the technical parts solving the deeper issues. And I would like to specially commend Brenden and Jonnathan, who always went the extra mile for me whenever I logged in my issues via chat. They have been such wonderful support and I respect them!

Jonathan was fantastic in helping me add a variant to an existing option in Bold Options. Very professional, knows what he is doing! I highly recommend Bold and their products!

Have been using this app for around a year. It works well to replace the variants but has one major flaw. Every time I add a new product the options do not show up automatically. I have emailed support numerous times and I have been directed to change a number in my theme code to reset the cache. This works sometimes but not all the time. Sometimes when I need to add a product in a pinch I cannot get the options to show and I have to wait for support to fix it. I have emailed numerous times and never gotten a solution that actually works all the time.

I just started using this app and the Bold team is more than helpful in assisting with the install. Without question, I would not hesitate recommending Bold's app based on my experience with their team and functionally of their app. To say the team and app are top notch would be an understatement!

I had an issue installing this app with my current theme, and contacted Bold - communication was fast and clear - and they had my issue resolved in 24 hours. I tried a few other option apps before settling on Bold - and none even came close to usability and features. THANK YOU!

This is an incredible app with some GREAT features. And it does ALMOST everything we want it to do. Only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because there is some room to improve (which their reps have even said is in the works). Additionally, the tech support for this app is INCREDIBLE!! I would give them 4.9 stars (only wish they were a little quicker, but usually within 24hrs.....I'm impatient). Samuel L was super helpful on our last inquiry, which was probably SUPER easy for him but gave us the attention and consideration that made us feel comfortable. As our experience with this app grows, we will definitely provide more reviews. Great app for stores that offer lots of customization and options. OUTSTANDING tech support!!!

Great app. I added my options as I wanted them to my products successfully. I even had the option to customize them. The automated installation process didn't work at the beginning ( I believe this was because of my theme), but the support team of BOLD app helped me on that and they had it fixed in less than 12 hours!! The support was excellent. Totally recommended

This app is great - it has performed really well for us over the years - upgrading to 2.0 version does have its challenges but customer service team does a great job of assisting.

Great customer service. Helped install the app in less than an hour. Responsive to support requests. Used it for unlimited variants at first and will dig into all its other features in the future.
