Does the job - but it's SUPER half-baked. You'll get what you want out of it, but you'll be pulling teeth to do so; and then once you set things up - it's interface is god awful and you'll be confused on what you set up in the first place! But alas - It works well enough, and it's the only option. God damnit.

I have given you 2 chances to make this right, i have installed this app 2 months ago and uninstalled it for the unprofessional slow customer service, then I have reinstalled it 48 hours ago and i can still see why i uninstalled this app 2 months ago. What a shame, my only risk was losing $9.99, would never download any of your products ever again even if its a good functional app, if you have a good product and cannot back it up with a good customer service then there is no way to sell that app. Good luck on all your other apps.

Bold Product Options provides us with the ability to customize - and upsell - options to our products at safeguardian.com. Additionally, we love the flexibility to add check boxes and customer info boxes when additional information is needed. Takes a bit of time to understand how it works (creating options and then assign them to products or product groups but our experience is that Bold offers EXCELLENT support. Highly recommended!

Nir has been really helpful in customizing things and helping us out with creating new options . really good app to use only thing they need to work out sync internal to be reduce to 24 hrs rather then 7 days so people who are creating new SKU everyday don't have to manually sync them.

We used this app to create an enrollment form with a few priced options. It was very easy to use although we had a little issue during the setup. Val from the support team was great, she responded every email very quickly, fixed the issue for us and was super patient and nice every step of the way!

Great APP!! When I have questions or if an issue arises MC usually handles all my tech support via email. She does a great job communicating and handling up on business. Their live chat feature is great! Their live chat rep Rony just walked me through the painstaking task of trouble shooting with ease. Im proud to have Rony and MC on my team :) Great work!

I used this app to set up options on my online store. I love it but i want to be able to have one selection box for three choices and at the moment the app doesnt allow it. My Guru was Cody whom was very he;pful.

It takes some time to get set up but it really is the only good option out there! Trust me I tried 5 other apps before going with Bold. If you want one that actually works and does what you want it to then this is for you. Also, great support from their online chat including Guri who really helped me even during the busy holiday push.
