I updated the Style of my theme and didn't quite hit the mark getting everything squared away with liquid. Cody with the Support Chat was awesome. Got me sent over to the install team and requested a rush to get us back online and selling again. Big thank you to the support team. Will keep you posted ;)

I used this option to help me provide many complicated options for my products. I was able to accomplish this with the Bold Options app very easily! Brenden was a fabulous help when I had some questions. He was very patient with me and walked me through. He was a pleasure to work with.

Initially had a bad experience - Was contacted immediately by support after leaving a review for them to assist I must say after 48 hours of emails and calls it seems a lot better - ill keep my eye on the system and update my review accordingly but so far so good and great service from MC and the team

I use Bold Product Options for all my products to personalize them. I had a small issue with colors and they fixed it for me within 15 minutes. Amazing support!!

They made changes to my theme and pushed them live without testing. The changes broke my theme so now customers can't add products to their cart from the collection pages and can't get to the checkout page. AN issue like that on a live site would have created a DISASTER. I emailed them an hour ago and still no response (during support hours). HOW CAN THEY BE SO IRRESPONSIBLE of making changes to a theme and not testing before pushing live. Here is a clear view to the rror so they don't claim it wasn't them: http://wethe.me/371a2f5c3d39

Helpful on Chat! Samuel answered my questions and put to rest a few small worries. I have a few to go, unfortunately, outside the scope of Product Options by Bold. I enjoy what I've found thus far. A very advanced application that can handle intricate pricing tasks further than what I have yet to find.
