SC Product Options

We have been using BOLD apps for two years now... and apparently BOLD has gotten so big they don't care if their apps work or not anymore. The service i've received trying to find out why this app no longer allows conditional logic is downright worthless. They are first tried to tell me that we contracted someone to change the HTML in the app and that it was not their fault... What!! only they have been the ones making any edits to the HTML of this app, we have not worked nor had anyone else working in the code. When I explained and showed them again what was not working, they actually send me screenshots of it working on another page - yes that's because I had started using W3 Options app (which I have now completely changed us to for options). they didn't even know their own app and when I sent them back that their example of "working" was not their app running... I've heard nothing back. Unfortunate as it started off good two years ago, but I'm now removing it completely going with the W3 Options app.

This is a must have app if you make or sell items that are custom made or personalized. It really helps make the buying process simple while gathering the information that is needed to complete the order. The support team is friendly and Helpful. I needed a few changes made with the app on our store and Parminder and his associates got the changes made quickly and correctly. You are all amazing! Thanks for all your help!

Lawrence and the Bold Product Options Team are always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The app works great as well. We're able to offer a number of add-ons to our main products and increase our AOV.

BOLD is a great company. We sell high end furniture and needed a way to present custom options to our customers. After a lot of research we decided on BOLD Options and they’ve been great to work with. The software is easy to use and their support is great... highly recommend!

I installed this app excited to add additional custom options to our store. I was disappointed at first because the options did not match well with my store's theme. I was also frustrated with working with their chat customer service. I was asking them to help me figure out how to change the look of the options to match my theme. The person I was chatting with was not very helpful and kept referring me to change the display settings. Thankfully they referred me to someone else, David, who had more knowledge about fixing the cosmetic issue of having the options match my website. Thank you, David, for helping me, I am now very happy that the options look more seamless with the branding and look of our online store. -Update Priyanka was very helpful and answered my requests very quickly and accurately.

Super powerful app. Can't imagine doing what we do without it. Awesome team as well. I think our theme was a more difficult then normal install and we also wanted to do some odd things, and the Bold Team was there to help every step of the way. They really went above and beyond!
