This is the best options app by a LOOOOONG shot. The support team is great, and you can add just about any and every option you can think of. The app autogenerates hidden variations of products so you don't have to manage them yourself. I can't recommend this app enough!

I've been using Product Options for about two weeks or so, and I cannot praise this app enough! It's made creating & editing products SO easy - I'm building a Shopify storefront from my current Etsy shop, and this has allowed so much more flexibility in options for my customers. I especially love that I can add fields for customers to fill in right on the product page! Hoping it will help with order processing immensely! I also can't say enough good things about their customer support. I contacted support late Friday night, and first thing Saturday morning MC had emailed me ready to help! She was so quick at solving a couple issues I was having and now everything is running perfectly. Ever grateful for her help, especially on a Saturday! All in all, highly recommend!

I've had this app running on my store for about a year and a half now. We offer up to seven options on a single product and we wouldn't be able to offer that to our customers without this app. It does not work like a standard shopify variant because it adds a product sku to the initial product sku instead of modifying a variant sku. Basically, each BOLD option will show up as a separate line item in the customer's check out page. This works great for us as the options relate to swappable products within a bundle and keeps our inventory system very clean. Having conditional logic also allows us to keep the default options simple for new customers but still allows us to offer advanced options for returning customers offering even more product customization without overwhelming customers. Best of all, however, is their support. They DO NOT nickle and dime you for reasonable customization to their code. Working with one of their support techs is both quick and pleasant. I see no reason to look into other product option apps.

We couldn't run our shop luxerozen.nl without Product Options by Bold! The app gives you all the freedom to mold the options to the needs of your shop. But where it really shines it its customer service department. I've been in contact with a few people from Bold and they've been more than willing and able to assist with incorporating Product Options into our shop's theme. NOT GOOD , TOO MANY PROBLEMS , CODING VARIANTS NOT EASY TO EDIT

The service I received from Bold was the best I have received from anyone I've worked with since replatforming to Shopify. Cole was amazing, super responsive, helpful, answered all of my questions and did everything quickly and accurrately. Incredible service. Some reviews say the service is awful and I was anticipating bad service based on those reviews, but I would 100 percent say that this company was incredibly helpful in delivering a great customer service experience.

This is a great app to expand the product options that you offer and allow for significantly more customer customization. Because of my theme the app wasn't able to self install. Bold took care of the installation (for free) in a few days though. Lawrence was great. A HUGE thank you to MC at Bold! In addition to the installation, MC worked with me (and worked with me, and worked with me) to get the option styling to match. I am very excited to see what the app does for my business!

We have used the Product Options app for our store since we moved our website to Shopify 9 months ago. We are an awards and personalization store, so the need for unlimited options is crucial. Product Options has allowed us to continue to offer just what our customers need. When we were having trouble implementing the swatches function in a way that would work for us, Cole jumped in and helped us customize the app for our needs. I've lost hundreds of dollars over the last couple weeks because the price of add-ons wasn't included in the shopping cart... customers basically got free products. I wouldn't recommend getting this if you want consistency. The customer service was also lackluster. Not super helpful and sometimes condescending.

I have been working with Alan on options and product discounts setup. Alan Has done a fabulous job working out issues keeping me updated on progress. I will be switching my map app to Bold next. Thank You for the great app and service. 6 stars . Paul
