Fantastic customer service. Had a very slight bug on ios products but Lawrence, Cole and Alexa spent 2 weeks working on it to resolve the issue which seemed to be largely due to another app anyway. I'm sold on bold. Worth the monthly cost for sure.

By far the best Product Options app available on Shopify! Customer service is second to none and the team was very patient with all of our requests for customizing the app to fit our store. The feedback from our customers has been amazing and we are extremely happy with all of the changes that we, at first, didn't think was possible with Shopify!

This is the best options app by a LOOOOONG shot. The support team is great, and you can add just about any and every option you can think of. The app autogenerates hidden variations of products so you don't have to manage them yourself. I can't recommend this app enough!

We've just started using the Product Options app and so far have been very impressed.... the setup was easy, learning the program was quick and easy, and performing the actions is very simple and straightforward even for someone who's not extremely tech savvy such as me! I've had this app running on my store for about a year and a half now. We offer up to seven options on a single product and we wouldn't be able to offer that to our customers without this app. It does not work like a standard shopify variant because it adds a product sku to the initial product sku instead of modifying a variant sku. Basically, each BOLD option will show up as a separate line item in the customer's check out page. This works great for us as the options relate to swappable products within a bundle and keeps our inventory system very clean. Having conditional logic also allows us to keep the default options simple for new customers but still allows us to offer advanced options for returning customers offering even more product customization without overwhelming customers. Best of all, however, is their support. They DO NOT nickle and dime you for reasonable customization to their code. Working with one of their support techs is both quick and pleasant. I see no reason to look into other product option apps.

We couldn't run our shop luxerozen.nl without Product Options by Bold! The app gives you all the freedom to mold the options to the needs of your shop. But where it really shines it its customer service department. I've been in contact with a few people from Bold and they've been more than willing and able to assist with incorporating Product Options into our shop's theme. The service I received from Bold was the best I have received from anyone I've worked with since replatforming to Shopify. Cole was amazing, super responsive, helpful, answered all of my questions and did everything quickly and accurrately. Beyond impressed - the app is amazing and will allow us to do so much more with our product. Thanks Cole! Great experience.

Incredible service. Some reviews say the service is awful and I was anticipating bad service based on those reviews, but I would 100 percent say that this company was incredibly helpful in delivering a great customer service experience.

This is a great app to expand the product options that you offer and allow for significantly more customer customization. Because of my theme the app wasn't able to self install. Bold took care of the installation (for free) in a few days though. Lawrence was great. A HUGE thank you to MC at Bold! In addition to the installation, MC worked with me (and worked with me, and worked with me) to get the option styling to match. I am very excited to see what the app does for my business!
