We have used the Product Options app for our store since we moved our website to Shopify 9 months ago. We are an awards and personalization store, so the need for unlimited options is crucial. Product Options has allowed us to continue to offer just what our customers need. When we were having trouble implementing the swatches function in a way that would work for us, Cole jumped in and helped us customize the app for our needs. I've lost hundreds of dollars over the last couple weeks because the price of add-ons wasn't included in the shopping cart... customers basically got free products. I wouldn't recommend getting this if you want consistency. The customer service was also lackluster. Not super helpful and sometimes condescending.

I have been working with Alan on options and product discounts setup. Alan Has done a fabulous job working out issues keeping me updated on progress. I will be switching my map app to Bold next. Thank You for the great app and service. 6 stars . Paul

I love using Bold for my Shopify page. They helped us with adding more options and were so great with my (many!) requests for help. Julian and Jordan were super helpful! Not only did they configure my dropdown menus for me, but they explained the process to me via screenshots. I have had a few tweaks I needed help with and they were really quick and efficient (even during the holidays). I highly recommend Bold and their team. Great customer service. I'm a fan!

I'm in the process of getting my Shopify web site launched and I chose Bold Commerce's Product Options because of it's conditional logic. Our online form ordering process is complex and I reached out to Bold's Support Team to help me with the logic. Both Alexa and MC were terrific -- they patiently guided me through the process and did some hands-on work to make my forms function properly. Thanks Alexa and MC!

I have used Product Options for 2 years now (version 1.0 and 2.0). I've installed it by myself as well as had customer support do an install on a more complex theme. All I can say is wow. I am impressed and very satisfied with the features, price and customer support. What more can you ask for? Feel free to check out our site for examples. We use this app with pretty much every single product to offer. Thank you Bold.

Installed Product Options and very happy with the app. Easy to use plus they give you a 30 day free trial to test the app out and see if its a right fit for your store. I got a little stuck installing the app but luckily Paul was right there to help me out and get me through it !

Really helps in solving the problem of adding more variants than are allowed by the Shopify variant limit. In addition, this app is fantastic with conditional logic for providing alternative options when particular options are selected. The support team is very quick to answer and thorough with their responses. Not only will they respond, but they went out of their way to actually set up an example for me in my store so I could see exactly how to perform the action I wanted.

So many bugs, so many order errors - we've just had an absolute nightmare fulfilling our Christmas orders because of Bold Product Options. Spend thousands of dollars in development fees trying to streamline and customise the app to make it work effectively, as we'd already launched and committed. Frustrated customers missing out on orders because of missed variants. Very, very disappointed.
