Really helps in solving the problem of adding more variants than are allowed by the Shopify variant limit. In addition, this app is fantastic with conditional logic for providing alternative options when particular options are selected. The support team is very quick to answer and thorough with their responses. Not only will they respond, but they went out of their way to actually set up an example for me in my store so I could see exactly how to perform the action I wanted.

So many bugs, so many order errors - we've just had an absolute nightmare fulfilling our Christmas orders because of Bold Product Options. Spend thousands of dollars in development fees trying to streamline and customise the app to make it work effectively, as we'd already launched and committed. Frustrated customers missing out on orders because of missed variants. Very, very disappointed.

Good app with the flexibility needed and all-important inventory control when offering a SINGLE product with multiple variations (not different inventory for each variation like Shopify default offers). The dev team has been super helpful and responsive in working out a few glitches. I recommend having them look things over even if you don't have a problem in case they see something you missed. Looking forward to getting the most out of this app moving forward!

Excellent app to add options to products - very easy to use - you can add/modify options in minutes - supports all necessary widgets to select options and gather information about product configuration. It took us a while to tailor it to our needs because it requires a bit of programming to be customized - that was not a problem though since Bold has absolutely outstanding product support. I want to specifically mention Shubhneet, MC, Julian, Henrique, and Alexa for being very competent, helpful, prompt, and especially very patient with all our requests for customization. It is a real pleasure working with them.

If you are looking to add options to products and Shopify's native variant functionality isn't enough for your needs, look no further. This app is perfect for giving customers the ability to add options and/or customize products. And Bold's tech support is exceptionally good! I had technical problem and Lawrence traced the issue to my theme. I've gotten used to developers throwing up their hands when another developer's code causes an issue. But Lawrence didn't. He took it upon himself to correspond directly with the theme developer and fix the issue. The world would be a better place with more tech support people with Lawrence's character. Thank you Lawrence! This app is an easy one to recommend.

These guys go the extra mile with regard to support. Above and beyond! Excellent! ORIGINAL REVIEW I inherited the old website when I joined the company and my greatest goal was to rebuild it as it was soooo dated. We are a sports clothing company and have always offered a personalisation service so that our customers can add a name, a number, initials or a club badge or logo. It's very popular and that functionality needed to remain on the site. The legacy site had this functionality custom built on top of the Shopify platform and wasn't going to work if I changed the theme and structure of the site. Neither did I have the help of the programmer/s that had bespoke coded the options previously. So, I set out to find the best solution for the new site and found Bold Product Options which was by far the best app for the job. We have quite a few variations of personalisation and some fairly complicated sets of options. I also wanted it to be a good user experience and using Bold Product Options and the conditional rules that come with the Premium version, I was able to not only streamline the way the personalisation worked and make it a good user experience for but it looked good on screen too. I have had a very good experience with regard to support. I haven't needed too much help as I found Product Options very easy to setup and use 'out of the box'. Having said that any problems I have had have been promptly dealt with and the support staff are very friendly and quick to respond. I had one problem which was actually specific to the 3rd party theme I am using but the Bold guys were straight on it, immediately made a minor edit and solved the problem. I have used support on 5 or 6 occasions and can't fault it whatsoever. All Good! www.olorun-sports.com

Amazing app! Customer support was top-notch. Our theme required a lot of customization for 'Product Options' to successfully work. It was executed by Tyson in a very professional way. Very happy with the app. Highly recommend.

Best APP Ever. I could not imagine running my store without this app. "Product Options" has allowed us to have the flexibility to be able to upgrade our products and features on the fly. We are able to up-sell without putting pressure on the shopper. They up-sell themselves... and love it! Very easy set up and maintain. Thank you Bold for such a great product. Had to use customer service chat and Sarah took care of my issues very quickly. Wish every company was this friendly and responsive with their customers. Great service. Five Star.

This App is great for offering package options to products on your eshop. I had some trouble installing because I use a custom shop theme, but Warren and the rest of the Support team at BOLD got this app up and running in no time. And within a week of Black Friday no less! A+++

I run my business with my dad, he fills most of our orders which has now grown to 30-40 a day. We sell hockey sticks, a product with a lot of different variations. Product options is the only way for us to carry the number of variants that we currently offer and saves a phone call/email to our customer when a question is needed. Which means not only does this free up my dad's time, but the customer gets his/her product quicker! Which we all know is very important.

Really amazing product support. I was impressed all the way from working with James to understand my initial needs to working with the specialized support person on Product Options (Danni). The Bold team went above and beyond my expectations with getting some issues resolved and some custom coding work done. Super impressed with the customer service from Bold!!!!! Thank you!
