The product and the support we received is beyond unbelievable. MC deserves a promotion. The amount of time she put into our requests was second to none. She went beyond the standard call of support to explain, fix, and teach, so we can fix our own issues in the future. I'd give 1000/5 if I could. MC is awesome, thanks a million.

This app has all the features needed if you sell personalized or custom items! Had some issues getting it running smoothly on my particular theme, but Paul reached out and made sure everything was taken care of in a very timely manner. Great customer service and great app --- THANK YOU!

UPDATE____ For one more time i send an email and they dont reach back to me. I have issues and i cant work with them if they dont have good support. I think it's a good app. I had tried a couple of other Options apps but this is the only one that has the flexibility that I need. The only issue is the support i think, because i send them an email to install for me and they did not reach back to me directly, as other apps do.

The Bold App has allowed us to increase the variant options on the products we sell which has been wonderful. Support is great and one of their experts spent time with us on the phone helping us walk through the set up.

Good but not quite there. My goal is to create a product page with a tight set of menu options that can be expanded when chosen. Conditional logic works great for this but I would like more controls. For instance, the product description takes up a great deal of page space. I would like to see a description narrative that could be read and then collapsed. I have seen this on other sites where there is a "pull-down" widget that allows you to group text and options for selection when expanded and then collapse when done. My shop is now more simple than ever. Easy product options for my customers means less customer support emails that I have to handle. Bold even helped me out by inputting some code because I have a complicated theme. Thanks Bold!

Bold is an amazing app that helps us with our customization options. This is a huge part of our business and the functionality is very user friendly. The best part about Bold is the customer service. We had a major issue and Paul saved the day. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was just how we needed it to be!

A great app for creating customized options for the products and the customer service is great. The integration was initially quite tough but has become supremely easy thanks to an upgrade. Works well for my store and looks clean and neat. Options to change the look and feel are few though, which we think BOLD could work on :) Cheers guys

To be honest, I am more of a phone person so it took me awhile to get on board with this whole email method. However, I have found that Bold is very responsive and very helpful. I still wish I could talk to someone sometimes, but if I hang in there my questions get answered. My latest issue was pretty complicated and Warren really went above and beyond to help me fix the situation. Outstanding customer service--just have to get used to the email!

So easy to set up and use. Product swatches are amazing and easy to set up. I could even change the size, have a larger image pop up when you scroll over the swatch, and change the background colour of the swatch (with custom CSS). The product conditions make it easy to set up a clean looking cart. The support team on the live chat are AMAZING and super helpful. Julian is the absolute best and gives great tutorials and screenshots to help along the way. I highly reccommend this app.

Product Options by Bold is honestly great! I was using another product option app and the service was slow and the load time for the product was also very slow. Bold makes it simple to add custom styles and you can chat with a real person in real time, so the changes you need are instant. Honestly I am so relieved I found a good product option app that fits my complicated product!

Absolutely amazing and world class support from MC & Lawrence. They were incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble, eternally grateful and our prouduct options are showcased so beautifully thanks to them. Can't fault in anyway!

Great app. Very easy to install and use. Provided me all the options I needed to create a beautiful form for a number of choices my customers needed. This app is a must have for my store! We sell custom party supplies with tons of color possibilites and I could not offer them at all without Product Options - I especially love the color swatch feature! I've contacted support on several occasions and they've got above and beyond to help me out. Absolutely recommend!

Great Apps. Great customer service. I use multiple Bold Apps and they all work exactly how they should. Updates are always on top of the growing marketplace. I had some minor issues with the Options App. Used the Chat feature inside the App to talk to customer support right away. The escalated the issue immediately and said it might take up to 2 days to fix. Before the day ended I had a technician already look at the issue, apply a fix and it was resolved that next day.
