At first we had some issues in the past that took a while to resolve. However, Paul and Lawrence worked with us, and we are now up and running and everything seems to be going good. I must be honest, we have A LOT of option sets, and we pushed the software to boundaries it may not have been designed for. We did experience some of the negative sides of things as mentioned in some of the comments, but they stepped up their game and made things right! I must give them credit for that. Thanks guys for all of your help!

Had an issue and I got through to an assistant. Looked like problem solved and then it was. Through a combination of staff, Kaiser was able to do a simple fix by removing the change and putting it back in. Simple but it worked. Now back to happy customers. Thanks much Kaiser

Bold's service has been incredible. I remember a few years ago when they just started. You can see that they have come from far and made it as one of the biggest Shopify App company. They have an app for almost everything Shopify can't do out of the box. Try them out... Top notch support and app quality.

So far I am loving Product Options, this is letting me do what the base install of Shopify won't. Had a few little hiccups with my install so contacted Support and was helped by MC. She was able to fix my problems in no time and now everything is running smoothly!

Incredible service! The app itself is fantastic to use with an intuitive interface. And the Bold support team is one of the best I've ever dealt with. We needed a customisation to make our product order form work and they offered extra development free of charge - amazing! Don't hesitate, get his app!

The team at Bold is amazing. Especially the team for Product Options. The app functions as expected and I'm trusting they'll continue to make improvements. Definitely worth the money considering Shopify SUCKS and offers very little as to a true shopping cart system. Thank you BOLD for stepping up and filling in the gaps left by the short sighted Shopify team.

Product Options has been an amazing app which has allowed us to differentiate our products from the competition. The support has been amazing, in particular Danni who has gone above and beyond to help deliver a bespoke solution for us.

This App is currently broken. If your customers purchase using Internet explorer they will be able to add a bunch of options and not pay. Creating a customer service disaster.

We've got a pretty heavily customized site, and Bold Product Options works like a charm. We've got a ton of custom products, and setting most of them up was a straight forward process. We also have an AJAX cart, and the bold team was incredibly helpful when we ran into technical issues. All around, great app and great support. They could update the product video though, the current app looks different than the video.

The support for this app has been first class. We needed an App to provide our customers with a number of options but also give us the ability to add further options in the future. Whilst it worked with our theme we had a few teething problems but the team resolved them - kept me informed and were able to demonstrate their changes by showing me a short video clip. Love the fact they're so helpful!

To start out with we are using a suite of Bold apps. Customer Pricing, Product Options, Product Upsell, Loyalty Points, Product Discount and Bold Brain. All of the apps working together have allowed us to expand and manage multiple aspects of our business. Customer Pricing allows us to target specific customer groups for professional discount programs by industry. We use targeted marketing to promote registering for the special discount programs. The customers in these groups are tagged and see adjusted pricing as soon as they login to the store. The ease at which the discounting is handled has encouraged the users in these groups to purchasing more frequently. The majority of our catalog is customized or personalized and requires a degree of complexity in presenting the various offerings. Product Options allows us to manage those complex products. Product Upsell allows us to present complementary products when specific products are purchased, Product Discount allows us to create BOGOs, Sales and special promotions all designed to increase revenue. Loyalty Points allows us to build interest and repeat business. All of these apps working together have helped to increase activity in the store. The fact that they are all Bold apps makes them easy to manage and gives us access to the excellent Bold support team. Paul a team member was extremely helpful.

Cons: - Apps is glitchy - the UI is a complete pain to use - Support doesn't seem know their own app and offers solutions that don't actual fix the problem - Basic features don't work properly Pros: - support gets back quickly (not accurately but quickly) - No other app does what this one is spouse to do. Downloaded it several days ago, still can't get it to the simple options. It is currently holding up my entire projects launch. Will update if this actually gets resolved to work properly.
