A very useful app with an excellent support team. I highly recommend this app to every single store owner. I wish we had found it sooner, it makes things so much easier because the extent of customization a customer can get on products is unbelievable. Thank you Alexa & everyone else in Bold Apps. I will be surely using more of your apps.

The options are excellent but it can be improved by allowing grouping features such as accordions to better organize the options. This improves usability and avoids cluttering the page especially when the number of options are large

Support after installing is incredibly awesome! We opened a ticket for an item which we couldn't fix, and Bold fixed it for us in absolutely lighting fast time. We would definitely recommended this app to anyone looking to make their website that much better! Bold has allowed us to have the additional options that we so needed for pricing and options. This app was exactly what we were looking for. Their integrated support and help makes every bit of the transition to their app well worth it! Please read my review before installing this application as this app has a critical bug that they can't fix. As a shop owner, you need to know this information. I loved this application. I've tried other apps and this is by far the best product option app, only if it worked. The critical issue that they have not able to fix for past 6 months is that once in awhile, their added options do not reflect on the total price. That means, a customer think they've paid for the added options, and it even show up in the receipt as if they've correctly added the options, yet it does not reflect on the total price. This maybe happens once in a hundred sales, but we made so many angry customers. When they receive the package, the option items are not included because they didn't pay for them, and it won't show up in admin, yet it shows up in their receipt!! There were many cases that we had to send those options for free to cease the upset customers. Some customers understood that it's a technical glitch yet, it does not leave any good impression on us. Bold customer support has been helpful, yet they just can't figure out why this is happening, or by the nature of this app, this deadly critical bug can not be fixed for good. I am writing this review so that other shop owners are warned before installing this. As I said, I would love to use this app again, if they can ever find out the way to fix this. I do feel that I deserve an apology from Bold CEO as I waited this app to be fixed for 6 months. I have had enough damage for using this app. Regards. Walter

Have been using this app for over a year now and it has been easy to setup and stable to use. Great for lots of products that need options for customer to select. Love it!

The Product Options app by Bold has really worked well for us using the default (Debut) theme. With the help of Alexa, we were able to tweak the settings it to get it to work with our UI (desktop and mobile) perfectly. She responded extremely quickly (ie within 5-10) mins to each of our requests. She even made suggestions that ultimately were implemented for a better UX experience.

We use more than one of your products but I'll just talk about product options. We use product options to allow customers to custom order a belt. They can choose to monogram it for a completely custom product. We launched this around father's day and saw a handful of sales from this the first day - contributing to a larger average cart and it paid for itself in the first day!

This is a fantastic app and it's been a wonderful add-on to our store in which I am currently working on. It has the additional variant features that are not available on the standard Shopify templates, making it an important add-on for any Shopify store. The support service is second to none. MC went over and above to help me and her prompt reply and professionalism truly impressed me. Definitely a 5-star service at an affordable price.

I'm working on getting my shop perfect before relaunching it - and I needed something that allowed for more customizations, conditional logic, and wouldn't drive me insane trying to code using line item properties - Bold Product Options fits the ticket perfectly. While I'm still working through getting it just right and implementing it perfectly for my future customers - I had some particular things I wanted it to do while testing it out. I reached out to Bold for some help, and within an hour MC was on it and she had it taken care of within two short emails - absolutely THE BEST customer service experience I've ever had with any app, or theme designer, since I joined Shopify in 2014. Thank you Bold, and most importantly - THANK YOU MC!! You are AMAZING!!

The team is just outstanding. I had a problem during integration into a new template and some coding got messed up. they were able to fix the problem immediately and helped me twice with problems that had nothing to do with their app. This guys are on top of their game.

We have been using this product BOLD for many years. Recently we had issues where we had to consult the Shop Circle support team for urgent attention. Both representatives were amazing and resolved my issue quickly. Kemal helped me today and was very fast, efficient, helpful and I will continue using this app for its features and great service.
