We use it on the our site called https://theskinmantra.com where we sell laptop and macbook skins , decals and sleeves. This product although not too fancy in appearance, is fantastic while implementing. I had required their support once in installing and the support I received was quite prompt. Thanks

OK so I am on the highest paid plan, but all I have to say is that my website could not function without it. I have many variants and hundreds of products. This app allowed me to add this options to the products simultaneously! This saved me months of work trying to add options to each product which is what you could only do with Shopify. Also I can add different options for specific collections. I also have an option on every product with delivery dates that my customers can choose along with price variations for the weekend deliveries. I have 3-4 months worth of dates, everyday I delete one date, which means my customers cannot order for the next day. This is so brilliant because it can happen across my entire product range in a minute! I absolutely love Product Options by Bold. Just check out one of my products and you'll see the many options to choose.

I've researched a few options, and this is by far the best. Powerful, works as advertised, and lots of features. But more importantly, the customer service is amazing. They've answered every question I've had, usually same day on weekdays. And they've gone above and beyond in addressing any issues I've had. Excellent support!

Exactly what I was looking for! The feature set is perfect for my requirements. The integration of the app into an AJAX theme was done fast by the support team at BOLD. The support in the live chat and via email was fantastic as well. Comprehensive guides, tutorials, videos, etc. make the BOLD experience a fluid and enjoyable one!

Not every bold app is a winner, but Product Options most definitely is! The newest version 2 is the best way to create and customize a multitude of product options while avoiding Shopify's variant limitations. Not to mention the customer service, which has been truly exceptional! Customer Service from Simran and Rony was super quick and easy, thanks for the great support!

We had plenty of support from the team. Very helpful to solve all issues we encounter. Definitely the best product options out on the market. However, there is still a bug yet to be fix and tooltip feature. Please bring back the hover tooltip feature. That tooltip hover feature was so good in v1.0, I have no idea why you guys removed it in v2.0.

Excellent app - completely changes my store and check out options. Very difficult to figure out though. I spent days and nights trying to figure it out myself. But I got an appointment set up with support and Tamer helped me out. I finished up the way I want the store in 5 mins. Thanks a lot Tamer !

Without this app, we wouldn't be able to function online properly. Because all our items are custom made, we needed an app we could rely on. The installation took some time, so, for the minimal cost (vs. my own time and frustration), I had the BOLD team install it. Their support is top-notch and they have gone above and beyond to help us implement these options into the Shopify Order Printer, which even Shopify wouldn't help us with. Overall, I have been extremely impressed with anything BOLD has to offer.

Useless! DON'T rely on this APP at all! We've used it for nearly 2 years. OK to start off with (although a bit clunky and seriously messes with the look and feel of checkout cart so needs adjusting...by you!). They've just done an update and the app has fallen over badly. Half hearted attempt from BOLD to produce a reliable app. We have an online store selling gates and fencing and need to add approx 150 options (for sizing). Thankfully we have another website as this app could have crucified our online sales! You'll spend hours scratching your head with this APP...then, after all your effort, something out of your control goes wrong! Worse part is we've had another Shopify site developed (at a cost of over £15,000!!) which we can no longer use without having someone write a program for us (which wont be "BOLD" as we asked them to create a separate program in 2015...which didn't work so we had our money back!). DO NOT USE - MAYBE OK FOR A MONTH OR EVEN SIX MONTHS BUT THEN....FAIL! Oh, I know I'm going on (but they have seriously let us down), there support team! Explain in massive detail, they'll send you a response (usually asking for more detail), you send even more - then they come up with an answer of "IT TAKES 24 HOURS FOR OUR SERVERS TO UPDATE". What!!!! If I'm changing pricing...surely that needs to take effect straight away!! And what kind of aged server are you using?? and...it didn't work anyway so more time wasted. ALSO...we've now had to stop customers being able to purchase fully on our site! Click our name for proof (and go to a product) for reasons why NOT to use these!! Good luck to those who read more positive reviews and decide to install. Like I mentioned before, we've had this app running for nearly 2 years pretty much trouble free till disaster!

I highly recommend this app! 90% of my products need to be able to have options to be sold properly and this app works just as advertised and just as I need it to work. It is also very easy to use and figure out. But even better than the app is the support. To me the sign of a good company is what they do when there is a problem. Well Bold delivers here. Twice I have needed some things tweaked for the options to work correctly on my website and both times I received superb and prompt service from Tamer and Danni at Bold. Again, highly recommend this app and the support team behind it!
