Every app has its nuances and some are horrible, but SC Product Options is much more robust than I first understood. I just finished setting it up. I had difficulties with some things and the customer service staff were always ready to help. Not all were as proficient as I needed but they were committed and we resolved all my problems. A big shout out to Cristian who really went the extra mile to troubleshoot and correct problems.

The SC Product options app was exactly what I needed for my online product pages and the support from Muaza was awesome! Totally recommend.

Customer support is helpful and sincere, the app has room for improvement and it still gets the job done which is good

Even though this app didn't work for what I needed, the team were super helpful - set up a call with the product owner to go through it and even suggested other apps that might help. Great support for a solo-entrepreneur!

Worst app I've used so far, which is very unfortunate for an app that costs $39.99 per month. NOTHING just works, every single minor change I wanted I had to contact support. Then it would get escalated and take up to 48hrs to make the small changes. Also not a lot of options for customization available. You cant change a lot of sizes colors or anything really. Conditions can't be easily added to other sets, super time consuming.

Great Support, patience and kind, we worked a couple of hours to fix the bug on my page. Stop working after 5 years.

A lot of bang for you buck with this app, and the support is super helpful. I even had a theme specific bug that their support team (and devs) fixed on my store very quickly!

We had some bad code and other issues and have a complicated set of products and options to deal with. I was able to spend so much time with the support team it really helped. Muaza was listed as the last rep and was able to assist in locating some bad code that was not part of thier app but appeared to be. The learning curve is there but once you get it the app is very robust.

Fantastic app, particularly the support received. Eldin was tremendous in nhelping us get set up. Sanjay has been tremendous in handling our subsequent queries. Well done. This app is finally going to allow us to escape the Shopify 100 variant rule.
