Bold is simply the best at everything they do! They integrated their app with my theme in a weeks time even though the first review on the app store said it couldn't be done. I highly highly highly recommend the quality people and services Bold has to offer!

I have to say that this company has the BEST customer service...and I mean the BEST!!! They have been very willing to help walk me through steps to getting my options uploaded onto my site each time I have called. I emailed a request to change something and it was done almost immediately after I sent the email.Their email communication is also amazing! So far, the options app is working out great for our website and I look forward to adding more of the features it enables us to use. I highly recommend both this app and the company! I just had the most amazing experience with Michael at support. I was trying to do some fancy nested conditional logic and it wasn't working. He actually took the time to do it for me and stuck around until it was working. He also helped with 2 other issues I was having. In general I've been able to do everything I want with this app, it's really powerful. I wish the app supported adding pictures to each option, that's an extra $900 one time customization. But other than that i'm thrilled with the app and not going back.

This is a very effective tool for adding options and variants that don't require pricing. It addresses a severe limitation in Shopify's product structure.

Holly was really helpful and responsive to all of my issues, even when a secondary issue came up she didn't push back through the process of going through the support line. She took care of the new situation immediately, and it is very reassuring to have support that will take care of your issues.

This app is exactly what we needed. The team at Bold were so helpful - I did needed to contact the support team for some advice, the response came quickly and solved my issue We are not web developers so we needed something very simple and thats what we got! All my products on my website need to be personalised and this app does the job. I would be happy to recommend this app.

It took a little tweeking but n the end everything is working as planned. Our cannabidiol options were pretty vast and so it was necessary to implement some kind of options app. Customer support was friendly and responsive..great overall!

This was our first Bold App, but not our last! This is a very easy to use app and it is so very helpful. I started to do the install myself, but then decided to let the dev do it and they were super quick. It works great! Great developer with great customer service!

It took a bit of work to setup, but Bold Apps was really helpful and things work perfectly now. Their Product Options app made my site possible just the way I wanted it. I'd recommend it!

This was almost exactly what I was looking for in order to offer different options within my store. The installation process was a bit challenging and if you are not an expert with HTML then I would highly suggest going with the install set-up the bold team offers.

Product Options has allowed us to easily allow our customers to customize our product offering. It is easy to setup options and assign them to products. In cart editing is a very nice feature Support is very helpful. We encountered a small issue with our implementation. Support was able to locate it and resolve it quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended, especially for shops which sell a single product with various accessories and options available.

I am absolutely thrilled with this app!!! The majority of items in my shop have a variety of options, so this was the exact thing that I needed to get my shop organized! Many items in my shop also have options that affect the price depending on what the customer chooses, so that is one of the main things that sold me on this app and I love it! I also love that you can set certain options, or all options, to 'Required' so that the customer HAS to choose before they can add it to their cart. This really streamlines things so that I'm not having to track down customers after their purchase to confirm which accent bead they wanted on a necklace, for example. It took just a little bit of time to get it set up, but I have a very large inventory of items to apply several options to. Now that everything has been up and running for several days, I truly couldn't be happier! It has streamlined everything and my customers are enjoying how simple it is to pick their options. Great job with this app!!

I love this app! It gave my shop the functionality that it need for me to offer some new products for my customers. It's easy to use, and integrates well with my theme. When I had a concern about the installation the support team took care of the situation in a timely manner, and responded to my emails quickly. Definitely worth the investment.

Does exactly what we needed it to. When we had a little trouble with the initial install (we did it manually), Boldapps came in and fixed it for us. Very helpful.

If you plan on doing Product Options, this is the app you need to get. Super-intuitive interface (although it does time-out if you're working on a long option list, so save often!), excellent customer service, and very powerful. Forget creating matrices of different options. Just create the options, select the products you want it applied to, format any conditional logic (if you need it), and BAM, you're done. You can apply these options across hundreds of products at once. Also, as an added benefit, you can link options to real products, which is how most of our options are setup. AMAZING!
