This was our first Bold App, but not our last! This is a very easy to use app and it is so very helpful. I started to do the install myself, but then decided to let the dev do it and they were super quick. It works great! Great developer with great customer service!

I make custom shirts so we need a lot of options for our products and this app lets me do it!

It took a bit of work to setup, but Bold Apps was really helpful and things work perfectly now. Their Product Options app made my site possible just the way I wanted it. I'd recommend it!

This was almost exactly what I was looking for in order to offer different options within my store. The installation process was a bit challenging and if you are not an expert with HTML then I would highly suggest going with the install set-up the bold team offers.

Product Options has allowed us to easily allow our customers to customize our product offering. It is easy to setup options and assign them to products. In cart editing is a very nice feature Support is very helpful. We encountered a small issue with our implementation. Support was able to locate it and resolve it quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended, especially for shops which sell a single product with various accessories and options available.

I love this app! It gave my shop the functionality that it need for me to offer some new products for my customers. It's easy to use, and integrates well with my theme. When I had a concern about the installation the support team took care of the situation in a timely manner, and responded to my emails quickly. Definitely worth the investment.

Does exactly what we needed it to. When we had a little trouble with the initial install (we did it manually), Boldapps came in and fixed it for us. Very helpful.

If you plan on doing Product Options, this is the app you need to get. Super-intuitive interface (although it does time-out if you're working on a long option list, so save often!), excellent customer service, and very powerful. Forget creating matrices of different options. Just create the options, select the products you want it applied to, format any conditional logic (if you need it), and BAM, you're done. You can apply these options across hundreds of products at once. Also, as an added benefit, you can link options to real products, which is how most of our options are setup. AMAZING!

We use this on all 3 of our Shopify stores. Couldn't live without it! Bold apps is the best in shopify apps and can't wait to see what else they come out with.

This app is wonderful, as is the customer service. They were quick to install or to answer any questions. Once you've figured out the app it is very user friendly and simple. Without the conditionals option on the premium plan I wouldn't be able to offer as many products in my store. This makes the ordering process easy and fast for clients.

Just the drop down system we were looking for, its worth upgrading to premium to be able to make the conditions. Their customer service is really helpful too!

You guys just nail everything! Whenever we hit a road block, you've been there. We don't code - but we have an amazing site and have spent very little time managing the back end. I mean if you guys knew how to photograph our products and what are prices were, I wouldn't have to do anything. :) Product Options was stumbling with some of our unique code, but your guys went above and beyond, and made it work by fixing our code...too cool.

I'm on my trial period and I can say the app is great. The support it's great (Ron was my assessor) because they solved my installation problem in hours without an extra charge. My only recommendation is make more clear the installation steps, because it starts really clear, but later there are some confusing points. But they solved it fast and great, and the App is very complete. I will buy the Premium Plan. I recommend it.

Overall not a bad product, but not great. It'll have to do until we can afford to pay 10K to have a nice website built for us. The main issue with this app is that it doesn't track inventory for common variants like size, or color. So the type of options you can realistically use with this app is limited. Their customer service is responsive though and they offered a work around. The work around was to create a duplicate hidden product, but the problem is it shows the same item twice in the cart, and at the very end at check out, its removed since its a hidden product. Very confusing for buyers to click add to cart for 1 item, and see it appear twice in their cart, so that didn't work. This app is awesome to use for adding options like "accessories" though. With the premium version, it shows "total extras" for any additional add-ons your customer chooses, which is pretty cool.

Our Auto parts store would have been just like everyone else if we wouldn't have integrated BOLD product options app. This app along with Shopify was able to take our store to the next level. We have been able to market one product in many different locations to insure higher up sales. Since we use the premium option for our app, if was a bit difficult to implement the code, but the BOLD support team was amazing at fixing the issue. The worked and fixed it in a very quickly manner.

Holly was focused on helping us with a problem and didn't give up until it was solved - all within the same day. When someone cares about a customer like that, and can do something to actually help, you can't ask for anything more. There is one challenge though - it's all done through email which at times is difficult for some of us, but I have to admit it worked just fine for me.
