SC Product Options

I love this app! I have a lot of pricing variations and this is the only app I've found that can handle my number of unique pricing options. It is much easier to use than I first thought it would be (my skills are minimal). I watched the 14 minute video, and then made my first few options in minutes. The premium version is well worth the cost. And the customer service is great too when you have questions!

I'm still learning the "ins and outs" of the app, but this review specifically speaks to the timing of the implementation. Bold Apps Rocks! I expected the installation to take days. As a matter of fact, I'm still waiting on other Shopify "EXPERTS" to call me back. In one day's time, I was able to get my installation and start using it. We all know how difficult it is to start any business, let alone an online one (especially if you don't write code, sometimes even if you do). You want to know if the solution is the right one for you, and be able to get out of it quickly if its not. I can honestly say, because of the speed of response (which I expect all the time now :-) ), I'm looking at all of their other apps, and wondering if the Bold Apps team can help me in other areas. Well done Bold Apps...

The product options app has been perfect for my needs! I've been using it for about a year and the support that comes with Bold Apps is absolutely amazing. I wish all customer service out there was on their game as much as this crew. They are so responsive and helpful, I could not recommend any of their apps (and the support you will receive) more highly! ***Review update January 8, 2015*** Once again, I feel the need to write a review about the custom service from this company. Their customer service and technical support is BEYOND COMPARE, online and otherwise. I had a tricky problem when upgrading from the basic Product Options to the premium version (because this app is awesome, duh) and they responded and fixed everything for me in no time! Love them!

Love this App! I wanted to make sure people could customize the soap they want to buy and this app was perfect for what I needed to do. I was glad to find this app as it was exactly what I needed for my custom numerology print products. Because the prints need the purchasers Name and Date of birth, they all need to have a type in text option. However, some need photo uploads, while others offer color options, so it was important to find an app that could accommodate all the options in a clean design that matches my theme. The customer service experts at Bold apps were really helpful in guiding me, or making changes for me to help me reach my goal. While there were some gliches between my theme and the app that didn't let me do things the way I first envisioned, I can honestly say I am happy with my final result. I would recommend this app for anyone needing to add multiple option variants to their products.

We wanted to add a disclaimer to a specific product and have the buyer agree to it before the item can be added into the shopping cart, and Product Options allowed us to accomplish this, saving us the costs of customization. Their short how-to videos were very helpful and using the APP was no-sweat at all. Support is also great. Quick turn-around on emails and very nice and friendly staff. Highly-recommended app!

I've been using this app for about two months, and I'm super impressed. The customer service is great (I needed a help because I had another, similar app installed and it conflicted with this app). I uninstalled the other app I'd tried because this one is far superior. I used it to create "product builders" for each of my charts products - making it easier for people to assemble the system they need instead of individually picking things out. In the future I'll need to something more simple, like extra customization on some of my magnets, and this will work perfectly for that as well. I use the upgraded version with the conditional logic, and it's fantastic. I love this app!

I've been using BOLD product options for over 6 years. It's an integral part of running our personalized anniversary gifts business. We have very complex options and tons of different products that include if/then conditional logic. It is ALL possible with this app! Honestly if it weren't for this app, I'd probably have to pay thousands to get a custom website developed, and would dread that. The customer service is superb. I have contacted them over 25 times over the years and they are very helpful. Most recently, the agent over live chat fixed 2 custom code tweaks for me in less than 10 mins!
