Je suis vraiment très satisfaite du service client. Chaque fois que j’ai une question, j’obtiens une réponse rapidement, et on prend toujours le temps de m’aider à bien comprendre et résoudre ma problématique. L’application est d’ailleurs très intuitive et facile à utiliser, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable.

I had a great experience with Zepto’s support team. They were very responsive, quick to identify the issue, and resolved it efficiently. The communication was clear throughout the process, and they made sure everything was working properly on my end. I’m very satisfied with the support I received and really appreciate their prompt help.

The customer service has always helped me promptly and effectively, at any time of the day, and that for me is the most important part of any purchase. The app itself is easy to understand, and if there is any confusion, the customer service is there.

Många alternativ med appen, dock inte lättanvänd. Går inte att zooma medans man skapar templates. Däremot är kundservicen fantastisk och kompenserar mycket!

Was soll man sagen. Support erste Sahne 10/10 Punkten. Selbst Sonntags bekommt man da binnen Sekunden eine Antwort auf sein Problem. EInfache Handhabung der Einstellungen und es funktioniert alles, wie es sein soll.
