I had an issue where the customization fields were disappearing after changing product variants. The support team responded quickly, accessed the store, and fixed it directly. Excellent and fast customer service — very satisfied!

We needed a bit of help with formatting and the Zepto team sorted it out incredibly quickly. Their support was friendly, fast, and clear — exactly what you want when setting up something this detailed. The app now works perfectly and does exactly what we needed. Highly recommend!

This app is exceptionally well-designed and perfectly meets my needs. I've been searching for an app with a specific feature: displaying the main product image (rather than variant images) when entering the product page, but when I click on a variant, it can display the variant image in the main image area and switch seamlessly between the main and variant images. Additionally, the ability to add multiple attributes for each sample through assets saves an incredible amount of time. Including other customization logic, it's clear that the team has put tremendous effort into this. Moreover, when I encountered issues, the support team was able to help me resolve them very promptly and professionally. Thank you so much! This is a highly worthwhile app that I strongly recommend.

Zepto is a little tricky to learn for newbies but the customization options are endless. And the support it fantastic! I just spoke with Atik (Zepto chat support). I spent literally 1 week stuck on 2 things... Stuck for 1 week. Then I spoke with Atik over chat... he helped me in 30 minutes! He even filmed a custom "How-To" video for me just to show me exactly what to click for my super unique request. He saved me. Thank you Atik! I was going to forget about Zepto cuztomization until he helped me. Nothing wrong with Zepto, it's great. I'm just not a tech-savvy person. But their support center is fantastic. Thank you, again :)

At 2am EST, developers made me a custom tutorial and even took the time to remake the actual product listing I was making in their own software so that I could follow to a T. Very thankful.
