The set up wasnt 100% intuitive for me but the video help section is very good and even when I had a few issues after that - the online help has been absolutely brilliant and very prompt. Better than any other app i've dealt with recently.

Amazing Support + Just What We Needed For Our Personalized Products. Responsive, fast support and they went above and beyond what you would expect from an app developer in helping us implement this app for us. I find it really easy to set up new personalized products, I love how the conditional logic lets me create more advanced personalization options. I use this app on two of my websites now and highly recommend it.

no hyperbole, this is the best team ive dealt with in 3+ years on shopify. They have a wonderful app They will listen and respond respectfully very quickly (within like 6 hours usually) They will help with dev/styling related issues, where as some app teams are very strict as to what they will help with. Overall i feel very happy and lucky as to of found this team and app. GREAT 5STAR

does not bring enough support. Quite horrible for image upload option. The video does not have voice, lacks information....horrible experience

unfortunately this app did work for us! we pay the subscription and even paying for it the app with get disconnected from out items and our clients were not able to personalize their product...

The best product personalizer we have come across... Makes the customer experiences 100 times better as they can see a preview before purchasing. We have worked with the Zepto team to make a few custom tweaks and they are awesome to work with. 100% recommend.

The support from Zepto is incredible. I had an issue that was quickly remediated by one of their engineers, Imran. He was quick to respond and work diligently with me to explain what the remediation was. Other apps barely give you the support you need, even when they are subscription based, but Zepto product personalizer is part of those exceptions.
