We have been using this app for over 4 years with great success. Any minor issues are quickly addressed by the support team. Not only can the app be used for personalizing products but we have found it can be effective in adding upsells.

This app has been extremely useful for our customers because they can do their dog tag personalization with our business instead of looking somewhere else. I was with another personalisation app prior to zepto and it would take days for support to get in touch. Zepto's 24/7 chat support is brilliant got everything sorted in 10 minutes, that alone is worth the switch!
