Zepto have been very helpful in showing me how to use all of the tools to the best of my ability. The customer service is second to none, tailored and educational. I look forward to be to give my customers a little personalised touch of magic that I could not have done without Zepto. I also want to say a massive thank you to Muhtasim Mahir as he has been the greatest help to me and my customisation experience. Zepto have really helped me to deliver the best personalised customisation tools to my customers and without there help I do not know where my business would be. I recommend this app to anyone who is looking to enter the personalised gifts industry as they will truly help you to add that personal touch to your business for the ultimate customer and personalisation experience.

I've tried many personalization apps. This one has a lot of options from simple to complex. I don't have many problems with the app but when I do, they always fix within hours of opening a ticket!

This app has worked perfectly for our store needs. We have been on the search for an app or a website that could allow our customers to craft their perfect saddle. This requires some extensive options, and this app helped us provide that to our customers. The app itself is easy to install and easy to use. Their support team is also extremely prompt and helpful. I have reached out a few times with questions about ways to utilize the app in a way that aligns with our products and the app team has been more than accommodating with our inquiries. I am extremely satisfied with the app and the service we have been provided. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a way to allow custom product creation on their website.
