so far so good! Customer service is amazing and fast. Just wished this app had font options instead of downloading it from a third party and importing it.

Zepto is proving essential to our business which includes personalising stationary. It is powerful and integrates well with our shop on Shopify. We are still in the early stages of implementation but so far the product support has been second to none, with Nazuri responding quickly to our setup queries and giving great guidance.

The support team is really bad at solving the problem. They just roam around the bus without a definate answer and at the end just blame everything on the customer. Because of a bug in their software which they took over 6 hours to figure out we lost over 70% of our revenue. I bet any other app developer would have responded us in time and resolved it as soon as possible considering we have been their loyal customer for more than 2 years. Not recommended.

We are deeply sorry for the unfortunate issue that occurred in your store. The cause turned out to be quite complex and rare — something our team had not encountered before. Because of this, our support team first tried solutions related to metafields, which are the most common reason for such issues, but unfortunately, those did not resolve it. Our team worked continuously until the root cause was identified and the issue was fixed, though we regret it took longer than expected. Please rest assured that we have already implemented safeguards so that this does not happen again for you or any other merchant. Once again, we sincerely apologize for the trouble this caused and appreciate your patience and continued support.

The app is easy to use and works amazing for our embroidery and personalization needs. It integrates smoothly with Shopify and makes the customization process simple for customers. The support team is very helpful and quick to respond whenever we have questions. Highly recommend it.

Zepto Product Personalizer has by far been the best customization app to use that I have tested for my store. After watching all of the tutorials I was stuck on one hang up because I had originally set up a customization feature wrong so I reached out to customer support. They replied quickly, and even made a video tutorial explaining how to do what I was trying to do. Extremely helpful! I have chosen to go with this app for my customization needs on my Shopify store as it has been a much smoother process than the rest of the apps that I tried and has exceeded my expectations.

Strong app with a lot of capabilities. Tech support is very responsive and knowledgeable. The only real limitations (at the time of this review) is that once added to cart, personalized items cannot be modified meaning if you make a mistake, you have to delete and start over. They also cannot be "used as a template" to create another item from the cart when making multiple items containing slight modifications to the personalization. Those two features would make this a 6 star app! Otherwise a solid option to add personalization to your website!
