At 2am EST, developers made me a custom tutorial and even took the time to remake the actual product listing I was making in their own software so that I could follow to a T. Very thankful.

It took a little bit of figuring out how to use it best, but as soon as I did, it has been great.

The new interface makes no sense. It’s completely impossible to navigate, and you can’t find the tools that were easily accessible in the old setup. The old one was easier and better.

Great app and incredible support team. Been using the app for years now. I have run into issues with app from time to time and everytime a bug appears the support team is quick to respond and find a fix for it within 24 hours and sometimes within an hour. Highly recommended.

Good application, strong functuinallity

Very good app to use for live customization. Takes some time to learn how everything works. Only wish is that if I update a template, it could simply update all items that the template is applied to.
