Zepto support is very responsive and immensely helpful.

This app does have it's limitations - but the price it right, and it fits most basic customization needs. Most other customization software with live view capability on Shopify are WAAAAY too expensive. This is the best bang for buck you are going to get for this feature on Shopify. In addition, the team behind this app is incredibly responsive when it comes to customer service. That bumps up this app to 5 stars. When you're under the gun, and building something for a client, it's nice to know that the dev team behind the app you are using have your back.

Very helpful with live chat for any questions you have. Provide simple solutions to any questions you might have. Works great for our store and the custom options we want to offer.

I switched from Sign Customiser to this for $9.99. It's a simple customizer without a lot of complex customization features, but the service was great and helpful. It would be great if this customizer had more features and was more flexible.
