If you need to personalize products, in mass, then this is the App to use! We have worked with a number of personalization tool and Product Personalizer is the only one we found that provides the ability to apply a personalization template across 100s to 1000s of products. Their support is very responsive and the tool is straight forward to use.

Such a good app for a reasonable price! The capabilities of the Product Personalizer are extensive and the support team (particularly Shamsuddin) are brilliant at replying promptly with comprehensive advice and support! You couldn’t ask for more really. Thanks for helping businesses like ours to provide a better service to our customers. I can’t believe I went this long without this app to be honest!

Needed help regarding the files customers could upload to some of my products. Had a really helpful consultant that instantly understood my questions and was provided with the rightful answers which were easy to understand. 10/10 : a good app with excellent customer service.

Die App ist sehr hilfreich für alle personalisierbaren Produkte. Hier und da ist es vielleicht nicht ganz intuitiv aber der Kundenservice konnte mir bisher immer schnell weiterhelfen!

Great app. I installed it for customized prints and received orders within a few hours of setting it up. When I had a question the response was quick and Al was very helpful.

I love this app, it not only helps me with monogran, but cs is very responsive. No matter what time period I seek help, customer service always gives me timely feedback and helps me solve the problem, every time.

This is such an amazing app, I am so pleased for all the help the support the guys have given me, I'm not very tech savy and they answered all my questions quickly and clearly. Sending me all the help I needed. I have been using the free trail to get used to how it works but will be continuing using this app in my website. It's very user friendly - for us and the customers, 5 stars from me
