The Zepto Product Personalizer is absolutely fantastic! It was incredibly easy to set up and use, even for someone like me who isn't super tech-savvy. We've been using the app for a while now and are overall very satisfied. There were a few minor issues during the configuration, but the support team was always quick to respond and extremely helpful. Their response time is impressive – always friendly and very knowledgeable. The app itself offers great advantages with a wide range of features and functions that make our daily operations much easier. Its flexibility allows it to integrate perfectly into our workflow. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone looking for a versatile and reliable solution!

We are new to the App and still setting it up, but the support team have been brilliant and are questions (lots of them) were answered quickly and really well with imagery and often further suggestions to help. Based on this would highly recommend them.

Sakib was very quick to respond and was very friendly. Unfortunately the app does not support the feature i was hoping for but he let me know the information would be forwarded to the relevant people for investigation in the future. Thank you Sakib!

This app works so well for making our products customizable for our shoppers. Anytime we have had any questions about how to make it work for us, they respond within minutes with a solution and help us fix it. I have never received better customer service!!! Highly recommend!!!
