Il est facile de parler à quelqu'un presque qu'en tout temps! Les gars sont ouverts aux commentaires et cherchent à améliorer leur service et trouvent des solutions. On sent qu'il veulent vraiment nous aider. L'application pourrait être un peu plus usefriendly mais une fois que l'on comprend ça va bien. Ça vaut la peine de s'investir à apprendre! It's easy to get in touch with someone almost anytime! The team is open to feedback, always looking to improve, and quick to find solutions. You can really tell they genuinely want to help. The app could be a bit more user-friendly, but once you get the hang of it, it works great. Totally worth investing the time to learn!

We love using Zepto, so many options and variable that suite our store perfectly. We've used it on the theme "Dawn" and just recently switched to a paid theme called "Divine" and everything worked great through the switch. Fast support when a question was asked as well!
