Super happy! We have extremely complex personalization, and after three years, they’ve always been there for us. The live previews are incredible, and I love the structure—better than almost any other personalization app. After four years, I wouldn’t even dream of looking elsewhere. Great job, and thanks for everything!

I have changed my review as initially I had problems with setting up the app and I got frustrated (some problems were with their setup and others were user.... me). I had a whinge and I have to say their support is exceptional, especially Al Amin Khan who was so patient and sorted all the issues. I would recommend it.

Really has been a great addition to our personlised crystal engraving shop. Very reasonably priced, realatively easier to instal and manage and the customer service is quick to come back to you after any queries. solid crystals

These guys are great. We've been using this app for years now and haven't had any problems. Its easy to set up and the UX is smooth and frictionless. Assistance is on hand should you need it and they help you quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend 5 *

I've tried 5 other product personalizer apps before finally settling on this one. It is by far the easiest to use, and provided good capabilities to customize for my needs. I did reach out a couple times for help and they responded with everything i needed within 24hrs. Would recommend.

This product is delivering what we need. We had a specific set of criteria and I tried numerous other products that didn't fit. This ticks almost all our requirements. The UI is very functional but gets the job done. Well done guys, and look forward to seeing how it evolves over time!

This app has a lot of options to choose from and the support team is great. I definitely recommend this app if you need to propose personalized products on your Shopify store.

On day 1 we already knew the user interface are poor, both for the users and customers are poor. But it does the job so we go ahead. Recently, we want to launch a new product, duplicated from an existing product with this personalizer. So we saved a template and applied it to the new product. It does NOT work. We contacted support, and it took two days for each response, asked us to delete all the condition settings and applied one by one. We did and is still not working. Then it takes another two days to clarify what the problem is and even asked us to take a video on how we applied the conditions. Isn't there a collaborator account we can grant to them to check or even a staff account? We are stuck here and still waiting for a fix, on a very simple situation: Duplicate the exact same product and apply the same personalizer template.

I tried a few product personaliser apps and this one is by far the best I found. It was pretty easy to set up and has tonnes of personalisation options to choose from. I was especially impressed with the help provided by the app staff. I emailed a few times about styling the app to fit within our design and they were always polite and responsive. Zepto is the perfect addition to our client's store.
