I used this app to offer my customer the option to customize a cushion cover. Everything works perfectly and the customer service is PERFECT! I can highly recommend and the fee is totally fair!

I got this app to add customization to products, it was working well but now it's super slow and I have to stop my ads because of it. I do not recommend this app.
Thanks for taking the time to review. We were under DDOS attacks repeatedly by some culprits. We had done what to be done. Due to the external attack of a huge spam load towards our server, they were able to slow down it for a couple of hours. They tried from multiple IPs. We have taken all technical measures suggested by the server team and finally detected all the IPS and block them by Cloudflare. Hope you understand our situation.

I'm not satisfied with this app. I had too many unsolved problems and had to stop all my sales. i wont recommend this app; it takes too long to get a response that leads to a solution.

Please check your app now. There is no stability with your app. So how can our customers experience and buy?

Excellent app and very great and fast customer service. They even helped me with some other issues on my site that was unrelated to their app. If I could give ten stars i would!

Support has been great to us with any issue or funky thing that may arise. Have a bit of patience with this app. It will perform perfect when set up correctly, but may take some time and a learning curve to get it to function properly. Once you set it up and learn what you're doing, you'll find it to be an easy app that uses simple conditional logic you're able to easily configure. Provides a great customer experience on the front end.

It took me a few requests to figure out the interface, but customer service was very responsive. This app did everything I needed it to do. The options are more extensive than the other personalization apps I tried - and I tried a lot of them! You can also easily see the customer's preview and download their jpgs on the back end. Many of the other apps didn't do this. Overall, I'm very happy with the app!

Abdullah was amazing at helping and supporting me with my website. He took lots of time to help me. Thank you. He helped me with the personalisation of some t- shirts I had designed and I am very satisfied! He worked until very late to help me. I will be using this app again.

good app, only suitable when managing few products. it will be better if the product is divided into 2 types of group images, 1 low quality for preview and 1 high quality for print download

My site has a lot of custom code and I had an issue where the button wasn't showing up. These guys emailed me back within an hour and got everything fixed same day. App is working perfectly. Cool app. Would definitely recommend.

Great App ! The bulk configuration is very efficient. It may be improved with import/export templates and with drag and drop text fields on the customization. Great support too.

This app is quite tedious to use, and also messes up with code so bad. It messed up with our product types, facebook pixel etc etc. After the review the developers team contacted us and helped us to resolve the code which was everywhere on our store. 1 star for ease of use and 4 points for support after the review. We have tested many personalization apps and this one really is the best. Once you understand the basics this tool has the potential to configure each product exactly as you need it. Wow! Not to forget the quick and very helpful support.
