The Zepto Dev Team is literally the best! They helped me on several issues I had and it was mainly all on me getting used to the app. The app itself is phenomenal !

Good potential, but I stopped my trial after encountering two issues: It's not possible to modify the letter spacing. The tools generate an image or a PDF. Once a product is added to the cart or an order is fulfilled, it's impossible to modify your configuration. This could lead to a high volume of after-sales requests

I requested some changes related to the customization options formatting, ZEPTO support team helped me with this until everything was perfect, really great tool and the team behind it is amazing

Waiting for a reply: The app doesn't work if you have a Page Builder like E composer. ¡Customization options appear outside the product page!

I have looked around a lot for this kind of app and this is by far the best one I have found, the other apps cost at leat 2x the monthly price and did not have some basic options like a pop-up window etc. The Zepto development team helped me customize it exactly to my liking, I am forever grateful for their help and patience. They are the best developers I have worked with, very skilled and professional. Given the features I required I was asked to compensate for their time which I think was fair and 100% worth it. Thank you so much to the Zepto team (Shamsuddin and Nazirul).

La app funciona muy bien y el soporte responde en menos de 24h, todos los días de la semana. La app tiene algunas cosas que mejorar, pero el soporte soluciona la mayoría de inconvenientes. Puede tomar varias interacciones para revisar bien un problema, pero terminan solucionándolo. En cuanto a UX, la app es fácil de usar. Puede tomar un tiempo aprender todas las posibilidades, pero es fácil. Cabe mencionar que hay algunas pequeñas cosas que aún no permite cambiar, como los nombres de las imágenes o de los grupos de imágenes. Supongo que irá mejorando. Lo importante es que funciona muy bien y tiene un buen soporte.

Klasse Support. Bisher wurde das Problem am gleichen Tag gelöst. Mir fehlt noch ein bisschen die Flexibilität für den Kunden. Z.B. Text innerhalb eines Bereiches verschieben zu können. Ansonsten alles super

Excellent support technique et réactivité ! "Je suis très satisfaite de l'aide apportée par l'équipe de support Zepto. Suite à un problème d'intégration complexe sur mon thème Shopify, ils ont su intervenir directement dans le code pour débloquer la situation. L'application est puissante et le service client est à l'écoute des besoins spécifiques des professionnels. Je recommande vivement pour les produits personnalisables."

Waiting for a reply. The app worls fins but some small add-on´s are curcial to add: 1) When the output file (PNG is our case) is generated it ads a very long and cryptic name to the file itself, and there is nowhere to edit that to a desirable format. So in the cart it looks like an error. The only thing we could do was to hide the field. 2) Prestige Theme issue: The app allows one to "quick" add a product using this app even though the text is empy.

Nazirul, Muhtasim, and Shahariare have all been VERY helpful in answering my questions to make my custom product EXACTLY how I wanted it to look for my customers! Definitely recommend this app just because of the amazing customer service alone! Only reason for 4 stars is the original setup took some time.

Very happy with Product Personalizer. There is always a way to configure widget in a different way.

So far the overall experience has been pretty good. Fairly easy to implement, and I was finally able to optimize a single test product, but I needed customer support to do so. It's not perfect but it will suffice for now. There are some areas where you have limited capabilities that I hope will addressed in the near future. Be mindful if you have an API connection that utilize existing fields. You are going to need developer help to sync the two. For the time being, I'm utilizing a preview field only and had the Zepto help to remove the add to cart button (quick fix). Regarding support, Muhtasim is my guy and he helped me through this initial stage and was prompt. So that's a big plus. I do recommend this app. Not 100% sure this will be our long-term fix but we will get mileage out of it for the near term.
