I had a pretty complicated setup using image uploads and I couldn't get the previews right. Support sent me a video of how to do it and finally I got it. They really went out of their way to explain, making me a custom video, and I learned some something new too!!! Thanks heaps! Really neat app and very flexible

This app is fairly sophisticated, so I initially was concerned that I wouldn't be able to get it to look and work the way I like. But after watching Zepto's videos, and a little bit of their customer service (which is excellent by the way), I was up and running, confident I could get the results I wanted without too much struggle. Great features. Easy to learn. Excellent service. Minor intermittent bug: sometimes, fields that are coded as 'mandatory' can be skipped by the customer, with no disruption of the ordering process.

I used this app to set up customization options for a series of mugs that comes with multiple variants. I found this app perfect for my needs, pretty easy to use, and flexible enough to achive the results I wanted.
