Support is fantastic. The app may originally come off as limited, and I admit I did have reservations; however the support is fantastic and able to assist with customizations. Once you learn how to integrate the personalizer and utilize the features within it, it becomes a great asset to what you are trying to sell. I would like to shoutout to Shahariare, as a great support staff member on their team for helping us. I would also recommend that anyone interested or learning the app to watch ALL the youtube videos on their channel related to the application functionality (the theme setup videos are only theme relevant). The videos are very helpful. Great tool!

The app is great, but the support is even better! I needed help with some configurations and I had the best experience contacting the support: it was very fast and the result was perfect! Had some issues regarding installing the app but customer support solved the issue. If you have some problems, you can reach out to them and they will help you quickly. The app is great and one of the best apps for customizing product. i'll recommend it

I have been working with this app for a month now and am very impressed with the amount of customization that I have been able to offer my customers. It gets tricky offering differing types of customization but the support has been great--always answers my questions and thru collaborative access to my store has even gone in and fixed things that were above my capabilities. I highly recommend this app!

Really liking the app so far :) There are lots of options which is great and more importantly there are lots of videos to help you get started. They have live support which is a huge plus and emails are always replied to very quickly. All round, excellent

I have tested several Shopify personalization apps and Product Personalizer is the best. Installation was easy and support is great. Like everything, it takes a few times to learn your way around the app, but support answered all of my questions. I would recommend this app.
