So far the overall experience has been pretty good. Fairly easy to implement, and I was finally able to optimize a single test product, but I needed customer support to do so. It's not perfect but it will suffice for now. There are some areas where you have limited capabilities that I hope will addressed in the near future. Be mindful if you have an API connection that utilize existing fields. You are going to need developer help to sync the two. For the time being, I'm utilizing a preview field only and had the Zepto help to remove the add to cart button (quick fix). Regarding support, Muhtasim is my guy and he helped me through this initial stage and was prompt. So that's a big plus. I do recommend this app. Not 100% sure this will be our long-term fix but we will get mileage out of it for the near term.
The Zepto Product Personalizer app handles my complex products. It is intuitive to use and the technical support is excellent.
Be prepared to manage a lot of options but by far the most versatile configurator I've used for Shopify
The app is great and the customer support is was high quality. Super easy usability and we believe our customers with think the same.
Every single personalisation option just vanished from the site 1000s of products that had options now have no option for any personalisation. The Dashboard just gives an error and I can only email them to which I didnt get a response to the last email I sent over a week ago which I ended up working out a fix for so Im not holding out much hope for a reply. Currently looking for another app urgently that can bring the personalisation back to the site so we can receive orders.

We struggled for three days attempting to configure this app, and unfortunately, when seeking assistance from their support team, we encountered a series of unhelpful responses. Ultimately, we managed to resolve the issues independently, but this led to the product page displaying incorrectly. The placement of the "add to cart" button was distorted, resulting in a highly unsatisfactory experience. I strongly advise against installing this app and recommend saving your valuable time.

Nice improvements since it started, the new interface is way better. The team is super reactive! If we could just add some more information in the configurator, such as weight, for our customers to be aware of the weight saving depending on different options. For sports equipment, this would be great.
Update: The team zepto reached out to me in regards to an error in their ticketing system that has been resolved. Zepto's response was thoughtful, considerate, and resolution focused. They were great at providing attention and resources to solve my issues We have been using zepto to varying degrees for over two years, but in the last three months (late 2023) there is a huge influx of issues. 1. Items are not appearing in cart 2. The enable customization button allows for customization even when deavtivated. 3. Some customers are not able to add items to cart. 4. I sent 2 requests for support and did not receive a reply on either. I would look elsewhere from my standpoint it look like app is getting deprecated.

Rather hit & miss, causes website to crash totally when item is added to basket, the additional fee on the item is not added either, support is a bit slow on replying. The concept is good, however the execution is not the best. Will to reinstall if they can resolve the issues. For now I will uninstall

I was having issues due to a setting I accidentally input, but Muhtasim was able to locate the issue and help me resolve it to get the app working properly in my store. There's a learning curve to the app, but once you get it going it's really neat and works very well
the app is wonderfull but there are some bugs in the sistem they make me waste time at work!!! it is difficult to understand how it work but the chat assistants immediatly resolve doubts

Zepto is an incredible app. I'm a small business owner who's been operating for 4 years now. Over the past two years, I've had a few people wanting to charge me $1000's to do what Zepto now does for only$9.99 per month. It's an amazing product with so much versatility and easy to learn. Their exceptional customer service is a very, very close second!

I would totally recommend this app! I’ve been using it for about a year and it’s easy to learn. If you have any issues their support is outstanding! Would highly recommend!
