Customer service is fantastic. If I have a question about how to do something, they know exactly how to achieve it. We started using this app very basically, but have realized it can be integrated into our site much deeper with stronger functionality than we originally realized. When issues arise, they are quick to dive in and fix them. Also, where my knowledge ends on how to make updates, they've been quick to step in and apply the fix for me. Fantastic customer service.

We've been using this app for a while and are very happy with it and recently added it to a second store. It has a lot of flexibility for configuration, and the end-user experience has been well-received (we use it mostly for engraving requests). As some users have stated, the learning curve will require patience, but once you get familiar, it is very manageable. We have experienced very few problems, but when needed support has been very attentive and quick to address any issues.

I love Zepto and the support team are amazing. I created a second site and asked them to copy all of the personalisations across. They did this perfectly within 24 hours. I highly recommend this app.

LetterSeals.com I've been using Product Personalizer on my Shopify store for a few years now, setting up visual customization for our custom products and complex logic trees for product options. We discovered a bug generated due to a conflict between the theme we bought and the App, the technical support of the Zepto team was so fast and efficient that in 1 day they solved what we were trying to solve for more than 10 days. We are very happy with the care and service, thank you all very much for the support

Great plugin with extremely quick customer support. The only thing missing would be a bulk-configuration option to rapidly add a personalization option to multiple products, ideally through csv-upload.

I wish I had met this app a long time ago. This app is perfect. The only thing I could be more satisfied with is the interface. It is misoriented. It intimidated me at first glance. But all the problems I encountered were solved by the fantastic fast replying help service. I only put a few words to compliment one app. But this app fits all my needs.

We are so happy using Zepto product personalizer. Not just because of its options, but really for it's A-tier support. The team at Zepto have helped us solving some tiny hiccups in the implementation, and they've always been fast, friendly and genius in their response. We love them!
