Great app, but the automatic installation didn't work for me. I looked around the FAQs, and I learned how to perform the manual install, which was absurdly easy. I recommend the developer make the manual install option more visible, so people like me would simply add the line of code to the website, instead of asking for the company to install it on our behalves. In terms of the app - thank goodness you exist. It's a godsend.

We use this app to allow customers to customize their sweet box by choosing different variants of products. The app offers a lot of flexibility. Most of the things we felt we needed support with were already a part of the app, we only had to know how to use it. They are always there to solve our queries. It would be great if they add more tutorials or help on each and every "setting" that the app offers for customizing, so that customers can realise the complete potential much faster.

The app does not work and poor customer support.i have asked a question about 2 days ago and did not get the answer yet. however today the app completely stops working! I spend hours doing the huge configuration with tones of conditions but I was not able to save the configuration. that's awful!

It's been many days we are receiving less orders than usual without any reason, so we increased our advertisement on social media with little result... This morning one of our collaborators discovered that many products (it seems randomly, there is no criteria we can explain) are affected by the error of not showing the preview and blocking the possibility to buy or the font is not working properly. I made many videos and many screenshots reporting this problem. I've tried all apps for product customization and I can say Product Personalizer is the best! Super easy to work with! The support is very good, they are open to solve any problem even by accessing your account if you grant permission. The only improvement I would suggest is the response speed, now they had dealt issues in 36 to 48 hours. When they solve this issue I would rate Product Personalizer 5 stars.

Awesome application. Just started using it and it's exactly what I was looking for in a customization app. There are a couple bugs and some desired features but I sent them an email and hopefully they can get it fixed. Great app all in all.

Many Thanks to The support staff at product personalizer. My request/problem was sorted out in quick time. Love the app! easy to use and makes my products personlized with image upload and text input without having to do any input Myself when a sale comes in. Set it up once and its set to go!

I would like to thank Arafath for his prompt replies to my enquiries. This's a great app especially from the perspective of my customers where they can easily personalize their items. However, I'm still hoping that this app can link the ready-to-print image to my Print On Demand vendors.

The app is great, is easy to use and it has been very helpful to create personalized products. The support responds quickly and they've been very helpful with the customization. I would love it if they implemented more ways to customize what the customer sees. but overall great app

Support for this app is excellent! Support Rep Arafath was very helpful in getting my first personalized up and running smoothly. He was very patient with me and even made extra tutorial videos that took me step-by-step through my goals. 5 Stars! Highly Recommended!

I have tested a range of apps for personalization, for me personally nothing has come close to this one, the functionality and user interface was very simple to grasp right from the start. Especially the addition of conditional logic sets this app apart. One of the best things about using this app was the support, especially Arafath who went above and beyond to help us out with some fairly complex customization's. The price as well compared to some apps is extremely reasonable for what you get. Cant wait to see what updates they come up with in the future!
