I used this app on my website to personalize cactus planters. The app is providing live preview of the personalization which is just great. The tool is very easy to configure and the assistance team is just great helping finetune the settings!

This app allowed me to show a live preview of monogram customization to my customers which brings so much convenience for them. Although there were a few flaws while using the app which they can improve on, their customer service was great in helping me solve most of my problems.

The app is doing all the things I need it to do, customer support are very helpful especially Abdullah Al Numan, I requested a lot of things and he was more than willing to help and very patient since I really didnt know what I wanted. I wish I can pick who will be my customer support, I will always pick Abdullah. Thank you so much Abdullah and the rest of the team!

Great APP and service. We have never have issues getting things resolved if we need help or things need fixing some reason. Great functionality once you learn how to really use it. When done right, it is a very affordable way to give your customers a great customization experience.

I installed Starter plan, then I uninstalled it to version up to Stater Plus plan. When I re-installed, I always got the error message "500 - Internal Server Error Please refresh this page or try again later." The app is having big issue. Let fix it.

Had issues with support at the beginning, but was able to get it solved. If you're having them install the app on your site, be sure you reach out to them to let them know you've granted access. Didn't know that this had to be done which caused some confusion. Really enjoying the app now that it's all installed. A lot of work on the front end to get options set up, but I'm pretty sure it will be worth it after all said and done.

Game changer app, customer support has gotten really good and price is not bad compare to all features it has. It has really help our business to do complex task really simple and easy. Like everything you can find little errors but they will definitely help.

Fantastic APP, Really flexible and is easy to use with a small learning curve. I trialled another App before this one that was ALOT more expensive, however, I chose this app, not because of the cost but because not only did it work better out of the box but the service is far far better. Abdullah is always really helpful and has always resolved any problem I have had quickly. So far so good. Excellent service every time and very very good app !!!!!

Product Personalizer is a fabulous app! I am very impressed with the flexibility. The designers have thought of so many scenarios that had not even occurred to me. Also, the support staff is great. I receive quick responses to my questions. This product is highly recommended by my company.

This is a pretty cool app. There's a few glitches here and there and a few items they could improve upon, however, don't let that stop you. This app really allows for deep customization of items and it is laid out in a way that is easy to learn. I've recently contacted the devs for a little help, and they were back to me with a very helpful, detailed response in a reasonable time (less than a day for a non-urgent request). 5 Stars so far for customer service, 4 Stars for the actual product. 4.5 Stars Overall. Cheers.

This app has been so easy to work with. We are a custom product business. It was important to us when developing our new websites to have a product personalizer. This app is exactly what we needed and works great. Support was been very nice and helpful. We wouldn't recommend any other personalization app. This is it!
