This is a great app if you have a store with personalized items. I've been using it for a few years and have had very few issues. The support staff are also amazing and sort issues out immediately.

I used this app to personalise my products and it's very simple to use. I had a few questions, but the support team has helped me through it all. They have been amazing. I would recommend this app if you want to add personalisation to your products. It's easy to use and affordable - I'm so happy to pay for a great product like this that I can afford as a start-up business. There are heaps of plans to suit your needs. It's so easy for customers to use, which is really important for user experience and the design of the personalisation is great too. Give it a go!

Great app, packed with useful options. Once installed, it already adapted to my theme almost perfectly. I only needed a very few, minor tweaks and the developer was very fast and responsive in making them.

I have always wanted to let clients choose their exact chocolates in the box...and this app delivers. I am pretty smart but not super tech-y, and was able to install and set up mostly on my own. For the things I couldn't figure out, I sent questions and customer service responded super fast and sent the code for a customized packing slip. Love love love.

It is helpful providing the monogram options for our customers but it's not not necessarily user friendly on the back end. Often times we lose our monogram information on products, it will drop off for no reason.

We find the functionality of the app very flexible, and the support team has been very helpful with figuring out any incompatibilities between the app and our theme.

doing great! Product Personalizer is rocking editor game and customer support is on point. Saturday 11 pm (my timezone). Working for 3 hours with that guy helping me editing my editor. just awesome.
