Zepto Product Personalizer

Zepto has been a great addition for customers to easily engrave our product. We sell Viking drinking horns and have the ability for customers to add both text and images to their hand engraved horns. Other apps would never show the live product so the customers can see what it will actually look like in real life, but Zepto does! They support has been amazing making quick changes when i need them. FIVE STARS!

I was having difficulty implementing the product personalizer with a new theme that I was using so I reached out to the support team to see if they could help! Within minutes they responded to me and had my problem fixed shortly after. They are a great team that really cares about their customers plus the app works great!

The customer service team is very helpful and quick to respond. They assisted me in figuring out the problems in my setup which really convinced me to use the app.

The set up wasnt 100% intuitive for me but the video help section is very good and even when I had a few issues after that - the online help has been absolutely brilliant and very prompt. Better than any other app i've dealt with recently.

I find it really easy to set up new personalized products, I love how the conditional logic lets me create more advanced personalization options. no hyperbole, this is the best team ive dealt with in 3+ years on shopify. They have a wonderful app They will listen and respond respectfully very quickly (within a few hours) They will help with dev/styling related issues, where as some app teams are very strict as to what they will help with. unfortunately this app did work for us! we pay the subscription and even paying for it the app with get disconnected from out items and our clients were not able to personalize their product...

We sell personalized products and use this Personalizer for almost all of them. We have tried some others before this, but this one was the best one we came across. The customer service is fast and reliable. If they are not in the live chat, you still usually get a response pretty quickly via email. Shout out to Muhtasim and the dev guys for your Sunday emergency support! They are always very helpful and could help me pretty much any problem we have encountered so far, and there were many. Applicazione molto completa per quanto riguarda il discorso delle personalizzazioni, si adatta bene anche alla visualizzazione da smartphone. Renderei solo la modifica dello stile del personalizzatore in front-end più facile da modificare per chi ha poche conoscenze nel campo. Per il resto l'app funziona bene, è il supporto è veloce ed efficiente.

Really great app, works excellent. I tried a lot of personalizer apps but this is by far the best one for our products. Also they have a great customer service, experienced and fast reply.
