the app performs as promised some very complex configurations for the common user but everything is correct at the time of use, I only had a problem when using with another app but in technical support they gave me an alternative at the time

We're trialing this app and so far so good. Good support from both Al Amin and Shahariare, who both were very quick to respond and went above and beyond to resolve the issues we were having.

We moved from another personalizer app that was clunky and updates could only really be done by a developer. We moved to Product Personalizer and we were really able to be self-sufficient. The support team was helpful in answering questions and helping us get live faster, much more responsive than our other teams. Also, they make it pretty easy for us to copy our existing configurations to different websites we have. So again, super easy!

Encountered some issues with the product personalizer appearing on the website and Piyal was quick to assist and prompt with solving the issue! Have been trying to find an app that supports Shopify at a fairly reasonable price and Product Personalizer is indeed the one I've been looking for!

It's been tough going to find the right app to serve my purposes despite Europe's much advertised big wigs. This one does exactly what I want it to and the support received to set it up was outstanding.

This app provides thins I wanted perfectly, also 24/7 support is really perfect!!! Thanks again. Even when reviewing the demo store, I can't trust it is working really, but I am seeing it in my site actually now.

I thought this app was a good choice, but it blocks the ability for customers to use a discount code -- something they don't disclose. Found this out during a major promo. I was told by their support to install another app and that would fix the problem. Nope. Worked fine at first and then stopped working, No fix from support. No help. Just a runaround and bunch of excuses.

Wow, this app will not only put your products on a more, fully flexible level, the support team in place will make sure your system is set up and optimized for success. I'm very happy with the level of service from the team and the quality of their product. There are minor glitches here and there that are easily ignored given the fact that the system is building a higher level of professionalism for you. I'm so thankful for this app as I've needed something like it for a while now.

I had some trouble using this app at first because there was a compatibility issue with my client's site. It did take quite a while to receive support initially, but after some time, the Product Personalizer support team was able to resolve the problem. I especially appreciate the support I received from their dev team and Al Amin Khan – they were super helpful! In general, this app is the best, most robust option for anyone who wants to sell personalized products. It has tons of options to fit pretty much any use case. So, as long as you have the patience to get it working, it's a great app!

Very Smooth for a customize app. Take a while to learn but once you have the hang of it, you will love it! If you require help, their customer service is around to assist you. Top-notch app and services!

I'm still in the process of setting this app up (I have a lot of products with a lot of different options) but so far I'm really excited with what I'll be able to achieve with it and how much time it will save me in the long run! The support team have been so patient and helpful to me when I need tweeks and my silly questions answered!

Really nice app for what we needed in our store. Didn't have any issues so far. Also, the support is really friendly, fast and goes out of their way to assist with anything needed. They even helped me to write a custom CSS.
