Was einen eigenen Shop angeht bin ich der Neuling schlecht hin. Diese App bringt genau das mit sich was ich benötige und auch wenn ich da nicht ganz verstanden habe wie es funktioniert hat, hat mir der Kunden Support (Shahariare Rahaman, Shahariare Rahaman und Shahariare Rahaman) super weiter geholfen. Falls was nicht so läuft wie ihr es euch vorstellt, schreibt dem Support und ihr werdet positiv überrascht sein^^. This app offers exactly what I need, and even though I didn’t fully understand how everything worked at first, the customer support (Shahariare Rahaman, Shahariare Rahaman and Shahariare Rahaman) helped me incredibly well. If something doesn’t work the way you expect it to, just contact support — you’ll be positively surprised ^^. Best regards Franky UPDATE: I keep reaching my limits when it comes to shop settings and configurations, but thanks to such outstanding support, everything runs like clockwork. Requests are handled immediately, and they even write custom code to make sure everything works exactly as needed. A thousand thanks to the team!

Tried a lot of personalize / customize apps but this one has all for a decent price. They are working to get the design even better and if my customers are able to move their logo themselves I would give six stars. Support is great and fast!

While the app itself has had a number of oddities and issues that seems to sprawl out of nowhere after working fine for weeks and months, the support received from their team has been excellent. Since no product is perfect, at the end of the day having great technical support is what makes the difference.

Customer service is fantastic. If I have a question about how to do something, they know exactly how to achieve it. We started using this app very basically, but have realized it can be integrated into our site much deeper with stronger functionality than we originally realized. When issues arise, they are quick to dive in and fix them. Also, where my knowledge ends on how to make updates, they've been quick to step in and apply the fix for me. Fantastic customer service as always.

We've been using this app for a while and are very happy with it and recently added it to a second store. It has a lot of flexibility for configuration, and the end-user experience has been well-received (we use it mostly for engraving requests). As some users have stated, the learning curve will require patience, but once you get familiar, it is very manageable. We have experienced very few problems, but when needed support has been very attentive and quick to address any issues.
