By far the best product personalization app in the App Store. Take my words for it as I almost tried everything here. If you want to add text, images to your product as a personalization option, this app can do anything. They just need to develop a little on the user interface, sometimes you get hard to find your way thru, but there is an AMAZING support team on the back end, they literally answer in seconds, and walk you thru the steps with patience. Overall, a great app and a great team. I believe if they keep making this app more visual to users, it will be the number one personalization app very soon!

I do recommend this app to anyone in need of personalization for shopify. customer service can take a few days to resolve issues, but they do resolve them.

Great app that lets you customize products. The variants show up directly in the product page and the customer can see the changes directly. Our customers really like it.

I have tried ALL the product personalization apps available as of today and in my opinion, the only one that is easy for customers to use and very customizable is Product Personalizer! I currently have 2 successful e-com stores and both are using Product Personalizer. I have been a customer for over 2 years and nothing but great experience with the app and support.

I have always wanted to let clients choose their exact chocolates in the box...and this app delivers. I am pretty smart but not super tech-y, and was able to install and set up mostly on my own. For the things I couldn't figure out, I sent questions and customer service responded super fast and sent the code for a customized packing slip. Love love love.

It is helpful providing the monogram options for our customers but it's not not necessarily user friendly on the back end. Often times we lose our monogram information on products, it will drop off for no reason.
