Zepto Product Personalizer

We use this app for our personalization, and it works well. We needed to transfer all of our products to another store and didn't want to have to set up personalization again for over 1,000 products. The support team was able to transfer our personalization settings from one store to the other, saving us a ton of time!

Wow, I can't praise enough the amazing help from the support team of this app. Quick to respond, always with good answers. Due to their amazing support I was able to create a very sophisticated, bug-free, fully working product configurator in no time at all. This app is great, the support team is the best.

Cant get a response from developer regarding to an error most possibly related to personalizer. Additional images uploaded on Shopify can not be displayed in full view as personalizer image layers are not hiding and staying on top of the layer stack. Tried to reach out multiple times both through Shopify and their own website. No response.

I sell personalized storybooks for children. Customers are required to provide me with the information to personalize the book. This app does that perfectly. I like everything about it. I couldn't ask for better. I like the fact that the app is frequently enhanced to add new and valuable features.

This is a wonderful app. It does take time and patience to set up but once you get the hang of it it's actually fairly simple and really powerful. Support was fast (via chat) I'm still setting up new designs and finding out what and how I can make this app really work for me but so far - it's great!!

Have just started to use this app but it looks like it is doing the job. We offer embroidery to our garments and looks like it is flexible and powerfull with all conditions and variations. Gor really great support from the developer team.

Thank you so much for customer support, they will actively help you with your problems when you ask them for help. The only thing I'm not happy with this plugin is that it affects my website speed.

The team at Zepto and specifically my contact Shahariare and Sakib are very fast to respond to my requests - I love the app and recommend it to anyone needing an app to allow customizable products with virtually unlimited variants. I researched a lot for personalization / customization apps and this was the best by far. It does take a learning curve to figure out the rules and how to use it, but it's a very logical system and they provide great documentation. I have since used the app for a couple of years now and it's been great for our seat cover web site.

I was able to quickly add my products and also add it to my packing slips without any hassle at all! You just have to copy and paste the code they create for you! Works in seconds. Love their customer support as well.

Lots of features. But the outcome is ugly and doesn't work at all well on mobile. I'd suggest the developer gets some help from a designer.

This app has simplified and beautified our custom products for customers and also for staff. Because there's so much that it can do, it takes a while to get the best out of the various configuration options—but there are some useful resources to lean on, and the support team are quick to reply with no-nonsense help. I have just asked for a small style tweak that I couldn't find a way to implement myself, and got a more or less immediate fix.

Excellent app, it's really great. Takes some time to get used to but once you understand everything it's very simple to use. Question for the developer, would you consider adding an option that allows customers to move the font/text around? That would be amazing if you could! Thanks

Needed help regarding the files customers could upload to some of my products. Had a really helpful consultant that instantly understood my questions and was provided with the rightful answers which were easy to understand. 10/10 : a good app with excellent customer service.
