We use this app on our site to offer custom made keypads. We have been using the app for over a year and its great. It gives us so much flexibility and the support has been great.

I am having a great experience with this app. The features look great and is easily customizable. And the development/customer support team has been great as well -- so even if you don't have everything right out of the box, the support can help you get the right features you're looking for

Nice app. Definitely space for improvement. I will try to use it just to let customers customize objects with a name. The devs are pushy for a good review. I really don't like it.

I opened three different tickets/requests for bug fixes in my store. They all were related to formating. I got a response in less than 24 hours from support (Numan) and they were able to fix every detail as request in less than 48 hours. I was amazed at how quickly, the good service, and how great my store is looking now. I can say with confidence Product Personalizer is the best support and customer service I received. If you are looking for an app to customize products on your store look no further the app has everything and even if something is missing they will be able to help you quickly and will get you a solution. Best app in Shopify!!

This app is a great product personalizer app! I have had it for about 4 years now and the product variations are endless. I've used their customer service more than once and they've always replied quickly and answered my questions. I recommend this app!

Great reliability and performance. The support team is very proactive. The scalability capabilities they provide are very good too. Really nice, even when it has to be used into extremely customized themes.

We are using this app for all of our personalized products and it has been incredible the amount of control it offers. We have been able to flawlessly implement all of our design offerings from complex to monograms to file uploads. The support we received during set up was incredible. The developer is very responsive with fast and effective solutions. The app loads instantly on our product pages so far and offers many features to make it both desktop and mobile friendly. Very highly recommended!

This app allows our customers to be able to see what they're wanting, on the screen right in front of them. It's simple to set up, more time can be invested to get more complex customisations working. We are using this app for all of our products, as our product requires customers to fill in different forms, upload a photo and preview the photo in a nice mobile (and desktop) friendly environment. It's amazing how many options you have. Even more amazing is the customer support. Brilliant. We had a few (special) requests that were done for us pretty quickly. They went the extra mile for us, and we can definitely recommend!

This app was exactly what we were looking for. Installation was easy, documentation is very good and we were up and running in no time. The support team is very good as well. We had an issue (conflict) and they worked with us on a method to get it rectified without modification. Now that's service! The customer service is great at responding to inquiries & fix issues. The app has a lot of options that we are able to use, it's a little bit of a learning curve if you're trying to do something very complicated, which we have on our site.
