We are trying to build website where people can customize their products and so far the app has been amazing and so it the support team. Will always get an answer in less than 24 hours and the app price is very reasonable too. Mr. Abdullah Al Numan was of a great help, love the app and the support team.

We installed this app for the features listed, thinking it would be great. Lo and behold, for whatever reason, after the install, they decided to write their code ALL OVER THE BACK UP THEMES TOO! Be warned. Thus it makes absolutely no difference whether or not we create a copy before we install the app, as it'll just write its code on the current theme and all of your back up themes (good luck trying to remove it one by one from ALL of your THEMES). CUSTOMER CHECKOUT ISSUES as well. Now we're having different customers using different platforms and payment methods complaining about how they are unable to checkout. This was only seen apparent after downloading and installing this app. They should compensate us for all the lost sales.

I was more interested in something robust which this App certainly is. So much so that I ended up with a configuration challenge I just couldn't figure out. I wrote the developer and he had me fixed up real fast with clear to the point graphics. If you are tired of apps that promise the moon including "easy setup" and then prove useless because of a gotcha, I suggest giving this one a try. It seems to be capable of handling just about any product personalization a merchant may require.

The app has great flexibility and we were able to personalize it for our needs. Tech Support is always timely and able to fix any issue or answer any question. While it's not perfect, there is always room for improvement, it has been a valuable investment.

Had some issue with the ATC event of the facebook pixel is fired twice. Reached out to the support and they solved it within 1 business day. Can 100% recommend this App, works as expected!

I use this app for all my customization needs. It handles a lot of products and is very robust. The customer service has been great too! Very responsive. It does take some time to learn. I highly recommend. You won't be disappointed.

We have only just started testing this app but so far am extremely impressed. Shahariare has been so helpful and has made the install process super easy! This app allows our customers to personalise their product live on screen - which is fantastic!

Edit: I have since received the customer support that I required and all of my questions and issues were answered and resolved. VERY satisfied! This app is excellent and exactly what I needed. On this basis alone it would be worth 5 starts. However, the app is a little difficult to use and the customer service is absolutely atrocious. When contacting support with a detailed question regarding some function of their app, I don't receive a detailed response in return, all I recieve are single sentence replies which make absolutely no sense to me. This hasn't happened just once, it's happened EVERY time. I'm not been hyperbolic! This is both unacceptable and infuriating beyond belief!
