We needed an app that would allow customers to personalise their own packaging supplies and this app is absolutely fantastic for doing so. It allows customers to upload their own artwork to the website and they can decide where to put the image. The support is also top notch, with the developers always happy to assist and help you out. We needed to migrate products from one domain to another, whilst keeping the settings for the product personaliser the same and they did this for us. Absolutely brilliant.

This is a great app to personalize products. We try a few in the past, but no one is like Product personalizer. You can try a lot of features to get your products better . It´s really awesome.

Functionally, the app is great! It is sometimes glitchy however. The personalization option disappears from time to time without warning and is not present when customers are trying to customize an item. Some customers are nice enough to let us know, but no telling how many customers have been lost over time due to these issues. It is completely random from item to item and does not seem to affect a particular platform. This issue affects desktop users over different browsers as well as iphone and android users but again, it is completely random in which items and platforms are affected. Other than this, the app is incredibly thorough in its design.

I am so pleased with the speed AND efficiency they were able to fix an issue that I was having with my theme integration. I thought I was going to have to go back to my old theme. Not the case. Thank you!!
