Many things become possible with Zepto PP and Customer Care is one of the best I ever faced. Always available and most of the problems and request have been fixed/satisfied fast. Congratulations on such a great team!

I had a pretty complicated setup using image uploads and I couldn't get the previews right. Support sent me a video of how to do it and finally I got it. They really went out of their way to explain, making me a custom video, and I learned some something new too!!! Thanks heaps! Really neat app and very flexible

although I had some difficulty trying to achieve what I wanted the support team were fantastic to help me achieve exactly what I wanted. This has been a great app for personalizing product for customers in real time. The support from them has been great as well.

Great features. Easy to learn. Excellent service. Minor intermittent bug: sometimes, fields that are coded as 'mandatory' can be skipped by the customer, with no disruption of the ordering process.

I used this app to set up customization options for a series of mugs that comes with multiple variants. I found this app perfect for my needs, pretty easy to use, and flexible enough to achive the results I wanted. I asked for help to the support team a couple of time; they've been really fast and professional. I recommend it.

Super responsive support. Solve all problems efficiently. I made the switchover from another product option app in just 1 day. Very impressed by the usability and efficiency of everything. It even works with Shopify's built-in currency convertor.
