We began using Zepto in place of another customization app and have been very happy. Zepto is easy to use and update. If you have a question, they are responsive and helpful. We are so glad we made the move to Zepto.

Really happy with this app! At first, I struggled a bit since it was my first time using a product personalizer, but their support team was honestly amazing. They were always there to help, sending clear screenshots and guidance. Special thanks to Saki for taking the time to record videos just for me—this helped a lot! Also big thanks to Joy, Muhtasim, Musabbir, Atik, and Sakib for being so kind and supportive throughout. Definitely recommend if you want both a good tool and great support behind it! Now my designer tool is live on my store and working exactly how I wanted.

L’application est d’ailleurs très intuitive et facile à utiliser, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable.
I had a great experience with Zepto’s support team. They were very responsive, quick to identify the issue, and resolved it efficiently. The communication was clear throughout the process, and they made sure everything was working properly on my end. The customer service has always helped me promptly and effectively, at any time of the day, and that for me is the most important part of any purchase. The app itself is easy to understand, and if there is any confusion, the customer service is there.
