5 Starts for Eslam and his incredible support.... 1 Star for the app: I have a 2.0 theme and trying to set up was impossible; backend told me to edit in theme editor-> theme editor told me to edit in backend...round and round, no success until Eslam had to go into my theme and install, then try to accommodate my requests. I had no way to control the look or functionality of this app from my end, which ultimately led me to not move forward and uninstall. Super disappointed as I was looking forward to having an app that served both reviews and loyalty. Perhaps those who are fluent in code would have no problems... Again, all good things to say about Eslam, 5 star support!

this app is expensive and is cumbersome, not easy to use. would recommend another app

I worked with Eslam to get reviews back on my store and the process was fast and smooth. Eslam was great at getting my reviews put back on every individual page as well as in my collections. Having Stamped reviews on my site greatly improves sales through social proof. Thank you all.

We have been using this app for over 10 years on the Business plan at $149 per month. Over the past year, the review rating widgets have been loading extremely slowly, often requiring multiple page refreshes before they appear. This issue has intensified in recent months and has resulted in a significant drop in our store’s conversion rate, as no ratings are showing on any pages. We have contacted Stamped.io support about this problem but have not received any response.

Eslam was amazing to work with. Quick and thorough support! All of my questions were answered and the help was impeccable. Highly recommend Stamped for your Shopify store. Support is there when you need it!

Out of nowhere the free plan changed to be for a payment plan for $19/mo. All these years of reviews I collected were instantly removed from our website and impacting SEOs. I wish Shopify would have the feature as part of the theme to incorporate ratings instead of having to resort to add these untruthful apps.
