Brilliant app with advanced features even on the basic plan. The support team is also very responsive - they helped me resolve a conflict with my theme and even provided the CSS code to sort it out. Happy to recommend these guys.

You need this app! We wanted to get more reviews, and had previously integrated with YotPo but at a $1,000+ upgrade cost (no thanks) we searched for cheaper options. We found Stamped.io through free fly an apparel company who gave them glowing reviews. Sure enough the developers at Stamped.io were a dream to work with!!! They even went above and beyond to fix some code our other developer had messed up (unrelated to reviews) -- Shout out to Tommy for fixing that for us!!!! He went above and beyond answering all of our questions about Stamped.io and responding to our every request. Including when we only wanted to send out review request emails for orders placed during a specific time period. Stamped.io is a GREAT choice!!!

So far, it has been a pleasure. Was easy to install, has the option to localize the language of the emails and the customer support was absolutely outstanding. They helped me with several small tweaks. Update: They still continue to do outstanding support after two years if I need it. 5 Stars.

We use this app to send emailed requests for reviews and images, as well as product reviews/images on the product page. It has served us very well. In addition, the support is extraordinary! Quick reply and very helpful. 10/10 would recommend!

*UPDATED REVIEW 2/28/20* A formatting issue suddenly appeared with how our reviews were being displayed. We reached out via the app's chat function to request assistance. And within 24 hours Marcel had resolved the issues, even communicating back and forth throughout. This app has THE BEST, incomparable, customer service of anything on the Shopify App Store. Thanks Marcel! Always great working with you guys. *ORIGINAL REVIEW* This app is very intuitive to configure and set up from the Stamped.io admin account. I was able to migrate my existing Shopify reviews easily and customize my emails quickly. Even with the free account type, I received responses to my support questions quickly. Once I upgraded to a paid account, I was able to create a more customized experience with the help of Ivan O. Thank you so much for being professional and living up to the great reviews that are already posted in the app store!
