Best reviews app hands down. I own a retail group with 15+ businesses all on Shopify that sell around the world so reviews are critical for us. Since starting out, I've been through four different reviews app/platforms. Each of them had several annoying issues and terrible customer service. For example, the morons over at Yotpo will try to charge you $15,000/year for a platform that allows for photo reviews... Stamped offer this for less than $30/month! When you broach this subject with Yotpo, they couldn't care less. Since using Stamped, I've been in regular contact with Tommy and Ivan and they're both fantastic to deal with. Super prompt and very diligent. I have all my sites and businesses running with Stamped and receive new reviews every single day. Look no further, this is the only reviews app to consider using.

I have to say that this is the best app that I've ever tested or used! Not only because the app itself has great features that meet our needs but more amazingly the helps I received from Rachelle Ong who I guess is from the service team. The answers given were very clear and instructional, plus she has the patience and attitude that made me not afraid to ask questions. At the beginning of the survey, I chose 3 apps to test. There’s the other one which seems quite good and people were friendly and helpful but didn’t really meet what we were looking for. Another one looks like having most powerful features but one of their service people seems not very happy working there from the way he answered the questions I had, plus the worst that they would just not be open with their pricing which really scared me. If they don’t really bother your needs before the purchase, why should you! Of course having powerful features is great but imagine if you get lake of support after the installation or the feature that you thought you were offered in the plan but then they tell you that you need to upgrade in order to have that feature and all because they were so unclear on their pricing, it is definitely going to be the most terrible nightmare. The helps and supports from Stamped are really making it the number app in its field! It makes me feel so secure before the purchase and installation. Hope my experience could help other shop owners like me.

I'm using this on my Australian store, and it's a pleasure to see reviews come in. Love the way things are set out, it's easy to navigate and looks great on my site. I've tried a competitor, but they didn't let me leave comments on reviews hence looking around for another solution. I'm actually looking forward to having to start paying these guys money: they deserve it, and that will of course mean more orders are coming my way.

Terrible app with even worse support, I'd high advice not to get everything set up on this app, try Okendo, we're going to start transitioning to that

We've been using Stamped.io Reviews for quite sometime and are super happy with all the integrations and features that they offer. To top it off the support at Stamped.io is absolutely incredible! They've helped us out numerous time to figure out the different features and when we've been stuck on something they have very efficiently pointed us in the right direction with the perfect solution!! We've been using Stamped.io for years now and it has always been brilliant for our business. Review collection is easy and smooth, and customers respond really well to it. The functions for displaying reviews are also excellent and have been perfectly tailored to our store. Most importantly, their customer service is second to none. Today, I needed some changes made to the review widgets and Sid was brilliant, he helped adjust everything perfectly, efficiently and also carefully explained the changes he had made so I knew what was happening on the back end. Thank you so much, I highly recommend!

Tommy took the time and went above and beyond to help me get my product review feed set up in Google's merchant center. I'm new to shopping ads, so I really appreciated the fact that he was patient in explaining the details of everything especially when I was having difficulties. So happy I made the switch from what I was using previously!
