Stamped has been an excellent tool for us to share Reviews. The team super responsive which makes a big difference amongst all the options out there. Functionally, it has great tools to request for reviews with automation features!

This app is not only super effective for helping me acquire important customer feedback and reviews, but the customer service behind the curtain is out of this world. Without them, I would only be able to scratch the surface of what Stamped.io offers. Super responsive and insightful, they are the gold standard for what customer support should be like. Well done.

Not only is this a great app, this company has the best customer service I've ever seen. Like it's not even close. If you're thinking about it, I can assure you - this is a no brainer.

I've used most of the review apps out there and Stamped.io is by far the best. Great pricing and a great product with consistent upgrades and features being released - but most importantly incredible customer service. I've had horrible experiences with other leading review apps customer service teams but with Stamped I always get a response within hours and my problem completely solved for me. Can't recommend it enough.

I use the free version to send product review request to client after an order has been fulfilled. Once it's properly configured, it does work pretty well and save me a lot of time chasing clients for product review. Furthermore, I like how helpful the customer service is when I need help. I had a few questions about how to import and display Shopify reviews in the APP, Ivan quickly helped me to solve the problem even I'm in free plan. Great APP and fantastic customer service!

I just launched my site recently and am still using the free option of this app. It seems to be working quite well! It was easy to set up and pretty user-friendly. I also got a quick response when I had a customer service question. I will probably upgrade to some of their paid services as my website grows. So far I would definitely recommend!

great customer service. Helped me migrated my 30000+ reviews from other platinum. Also helped me to customized the widget to look like exactly what I like. Highly recommended!

We have just finished the setup process for Stamped.IO and while we initially had difficulty configuring the app on our own, we were delighted at the support teams timely responsiveness and help in making the app what we needed it to be. We have only set up the basic features so far, but are looking forward to seeing how the review collection process goes and hope to configure some of the additional bells and whistles like check-out comments in the future. Again, the support team has been awesome, but sometimes we felt like a nuisance (not because of them) with all of the questions and support tickets we send and would ideally like to be more self-sufficient with the onboarding process. We hope they'll continue to build their self-help and app user interface for more ease as they grow. Thanks for your help StampedIO and now that we're set up, let the reviews roll in :-)

update: Incredibly competent and quick to deal with problems if others were like that, life would be a lot easier. Very good company Hi fast support help with translations in german from words from the plugin. Very competent and uncomplicated. Thank you. best regards Julia

So far so good! We've only been using Stamped.io for reviews for a short time, but the installation process was easy and the support staff helped us take care of any issues pretty much immediately. We picked Stamped.io because we liked how easy it was to automatically request a review after purchase via email, and we decided to give the Checkout Reviews a try too. Thanks for the help along the way!

Stamped.io is something I switched to in order to save a little money from using Yotpo. Yotpo is a great program but very expensive for a small business. After installing Stamped.io and importing all of my reviews, I quickly started realizing that it was just as good, if not better than Yotpo for a fraction of the cost. I have also been super impressed with their customer service. I needed help with a few things and it took them just a few minutes to get back with me via email and answer my question and even help me out with some settings on the app a time or two. Thank you Stamped.io for such a great app and for making it affordable for us small businesses on Shopify! Keep up the great work!

Junk app. Did not appear on my installed apps list, didn't work and I'm not even sure this app was uninstalled properly. Install and beware!

It deserves 5 stars. Excellent application, it does exactly what you need. Support is excellent! Fast, reliable, finding and fixing everything you need. 100% recommended.

If you sell anything on Shopify you need to be collecting customer reviews. If you’re not doing it already, Start Now! This app makes the process of collecting verified customer reviews as simple and streamlined as possible. It automates the entire process of emailing customers after they’ve had the product for a set amount of time, and even gives you the option of offering them a coupon or discount for leaving a review, it’s a great customer retargeting tool in itself! I had some issues installing the code for the embedded reviews, but I messaged the Stamped.io support staff and they were able to install it for me in a matter of minutes. They even modified to code a bit to match my website. Overall a great customer service experience that legitimately inspired me to provide this level of service to my own customers.
